I missed the too many men, but I saw all the same chippiness on the Flyers side go uncalled plus more than a few pure dirty moves (from the usual suspects mind you).

That Bouillon hit was bad and could have been a knee taken out

Hatch reacted to Umby laying there in pain

I don't think it was a 5 min major and a game misconduct

Lose all objectivity or something? The goons on your team really showed the good unsportsmanlike behavior that gives your team the reputation that it has.
I do believe I brought up Hatcher in this regard BEFORE the game.

I was kidding about the stretcher

I'm sorry but goons are players who can't play...we have guys who can play

The only true "Goon" is Cote who hasn't played

29 PIM's to 8 is kind of ridiculous

And every one of thoes 29 pims was deserved (cept maybe the extra on the five).
Substitute "dirty fuck" for "goon". Makes your talent look bad.

    He hit Umby in thigh

A little lower and its his knee and he's not skating off the ice

It was a cheap shot.....Umby didnt have the puck and he threw his hip/butt into him.....NO CALL !

We play with an "edge" ;)

29 on our side but you cannot say 8 on the other is right ?

Well...our talent is winning right now...so hopefully they keep it up

Best part was that it wasn't even Bouillon. That was questionable.

Your goaltender is winning. I don't think the rest of the team has much to do with it.

Carter, Umberger, Upshall, Richards, Briere, among other goal scorers as well as the defensemen.... I think they have had something to do with it.... goaltenders can only get you a tie.

Bouillion was already on the ice, Plekanec is the guy you think devastaed Gunter there.
Watch the replay. A complete bullshit dive.

Of course not. Just considering that half of the goals have a lot more "luck" to them than anything else.

Luck or bad goaltending on your side ?

Good teams create their own "luck"

Go to TSN and watch the replay, 2:10 or so.
You're telling me that that little brush by the ASS of Plekanec is enough to make Umberger act like he just got shot???
I wish I could make this shit up.

last time I checked a goal is a goal whether its a 35 footer or a 90 footer.... is it the Flyers fault that your goaltender can't seem to make a glove save??? Should we not shoot to Price's glove side anymore or should those goals just not count???

It's near the same thing. Price is playing el terrible and should have stopped some of these goals blindfolded.

A dive was Price who flopped

The play right before Hatch got called for the Boarding call

Bouillon hit Umby then skated to the back of the night where Hatch caught him

Price flopped....little tweak on the skate and he went down like he got shot

I didn't see the Boiullion on Umberger hit, I see Plekanec nudge him right after that and (you stole my joke) go down like he was shot.
Little tweak took his skate out. Even you should be able to admit it's no stretch for Downie.
Price got up right away, unlike Gunter who writhed on the ice for a while.

    It was Plekanec my bad...

The Flyers also had a major scare: R.J. Umberger, who also scored, took a hip check from Plekanec in his sore left knee in the third period and was helped off the ice. He returned.

"He stuck his hip out," said an angry Umberger. "It's a long series, and we know who it was. The [knee] brace saved me."

So it was after the Bouillon hit, and looked incredibly laughable. Replay doesn't show a hip to knee connection, it shows an ass to hip brush.

either way its still inteference - Umberger did not have the puck.

Flat out the Canadians are getting the calls and the replays - it's only natural because they are Canada's only team left but don't deny it - it is what it is. that high stick goal from game 1 and the explanation from the league office for it is just laughable.

when you coach has the balls to say a blatant cheap shot was deserved like the one in game 2 on Timmonen you would think the league and the refs would look a bit more closely at your team, but I guess when the team is from Canada's that doesn't matter. If John Stevens had made the same comment holy shit the crap would be flying all over Canada about it and how the Flyers are goons.

The same coach didn't bring up the blatent cheap shot that occurred moments before, either.
How about Downie's interference on Markov? No?
    Richards on Halak? No again?
And as far as Canada's babied team goes..you've got them confused with someone else.
