Hey guys and girls, I had a few people over so couldn't check in until now.
I am extremely dissapointed in the Rampage loss. My only thoughts now are Tito should have stayed to become champ, since he beat Forrest already!!
I have to go re-watch the fight again , cause I'm not sure how Rampage lost.0 -
Alright so next huge fight will be Griffin vs. Anderson Silva. Can't wait for that!"There was a band playing in my head, and I felt like getting high"0

Oh shit I forgot about that fight.
Honestly, I could care less about Rashad Evans. Tito really did beat him last year- and this is coming from someone who hates Tito.severed hand thirteen2006: Gorge 7/23 2008: Hartford 6/27 Beacon 7/1 2009: Spectrum 10/30-31

Chan took down Forest but needed the river to do it.

Chan Rivers Forrest
With the board reading , Forrest Griffin check-called a 1,000 bet from Johnny Chan. Chan turned over , his kings up counterfeiting the two pair Griffin flopped with . 'You have the best hand, Forrest--until the river," said Chan as he raked in the pot.

Buffer and Liddell are there too
"It's Time For the Main Event of the Evening!"
Everyone had to sweat the desert heat on their way in to the Rio today, but there are a couple of "Icemen" here today who hope to put the freeze on their fellow opponents. Immediately after he found his seat, we spotted Teddy "The Iceman" Monroe, but he may have some competition that is more fierce than he was prepared for. Over in the ESPN Featured Table area, another man of the cold, Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell of UFC fame is looking to put his table in a headlock. We're not sure who would win in a cage fight between the two Icemen, but we know who would announce it. Just a couple tables over from Teddy sits "the veteran voice of the octagon," Bruce Buffer, the main ring announcer of UFC. In the words of Buffer, "We are liiiiiiiive" here in the Amazon Room and are keenly interested in how these three players in particular will fare.0 -

lol... what the heck was that comment about a goat????
goldberg is always trying to compare large cuts to marvin eastman's cut that he received in his fight against vitor belfort...joe never gives in...the goat's vagina was a "somewhat" strange description.
here is the cut in case anyone wants a point of reference...

Does anyone think the Rampage decision was corrupt??0

not at all ,, forrest got 2 point rounds in the 2nd and another round where he dominated ,,it was enough to get a decision0 -
LOVEBOATCAPT0226 wrote:Does anyone think the Rampage decision was corrupt??
i watched the fight a couple more times, lbc. i would have given rampage rounds one (although he would have lost this one if not for the knockdown at the end) and four, a 10-8 for forrest in round two, 10-9 in round three...and the last round was close. if it wasn't a draw in the fifth, i would give it to forrest by a hair based on him staying slightly busier and dictating the pace.
there seems to be a lot of controversy about the decision. it certainly was a close one. i know i wouldn't mind seeing a rematch.guess it comes down to whether or not people saw the second round as 10-8 or 10-9 and who they gave the fifth to when making their decision on who won.
