very much like the one lambert landed on babalu. wow! what a comeback. not the fight i expected at all. lambert came out very strong and quick, looked like he was rolling. wow!
I also apparently forgot who I chose to win this fight ... I have Lambert winning by unanimous decision. I think I give the first round to him.
that's what i had too!
it was looking great in the first round... i can't believe he ended up losing!
i had to bite my tongue when lambert went down, becuase my best friend, who's having some marital troubles, called just as the fight started to vent a little... i couldn't let her down, so i muted it and talked with her... i had to stifle my distress when i saw jason get knocked out!
and liaudin... i don't know whether to laugh or cry! :(
16 points???? c'mon!!!
~~*~~ ...i surfaced and all of my being was enlightend... ~~*~~
it's like ko after ko. i was just saying to my freind that i thought davis was looking a little reluctant to engage...and then....another ko!
i don't know if there's been a mistake, but i picked wilson to win in the second (by choke though) but it's showing i got it wrong. i want my points!

keep hope alive, ceg! i have a mistake on mine i should have an extra 15 pts for correct winner and 3? pts. for correct round! dang it!
another flurry! good fight. great heart by taylor, but he is taking a beating in most of these ground positions. a couple of kimuras that weren't optimal, but this is kelly's fight so far.
Anyone think that Dan Miragliata stopped that one a little early? Gonzaga was covered up pretty well and had just thrown a couple of elbows. If I was the ref, I would have waited a little longer.
what a turnaround in the second as werdum takes over. very good fight. we were watching the countdown show and noticed that werdum's technique looked much stronger with his muay thai and i guess training translated to the match in this case. greta knees to lead to the finish. big win for fabricio.

yeah, i thought so at first, but then after seeing the replay i'd lean more toward proper stoppage. tough call. werdum was starting to overwhelm him for sure.

yah, i think so too.... :(
damn, that sucks for gabriel... i'm starting to become a gonzaga fan! (even after the Mirko incident! ) i think he's the most interesting heavyweight to watch... his kicks are amazing... and his jiujitsu is good too...
not like that boring old couture!

I'm happy to see BJ come out so strong. I find it hard to believe that Sean Sherk was still questioning BJ's cardio.
I give round one to BJ, pretty definitively with BJ's ring control, dominant position and that cut on Joe's forehead! It reminds me of the cut on Edwin Dewees on TUF. This might get stopped by the Dr.
very impressive win for bj! nice job! joe is so tough, though. if not for the cut, i think joe may have been able to hold out longer. still, kudos to bj!
...but as i say this he says what?!?! no need for that.

I almost passed out from that cut! ouch!
its 5 for correct round.... wow, you're really doing well!
i guess that answers our question of who's opposing picks were right!
ay, a scratch, my friend!
Edit: actually, I have just a screwed up frame of reference!
i got lucky this time...so far i still pissed they haven't corrected the mistake! i want my 20 points!
just a small one...
Don't worry mooks, I'm sure they'll fix it at the end. Either way, you are kicking everyone's butt in our league.
true enough, Dr. J!

indeed.
he looked fantastic... cool as a cucumber...
i was kinda hoping he would bust out something bendy, for an "other" submission... but that choke will do it!
lol... apparently i thought we were playing golf....
