and to say women don't cheat over lust is to not know women. i don't speak for all women, just like i'd not speak for all of anyone...and i appreciate when people do the same. not all *anyone* has the same motivations for the actions. bottomline, women like to fuck just as men...and if they're not getting what they want, they may go looking too. they make go for lust for lust's sake just like men...and men may go for love as well. the stereotypes that get thrown around are EXACTLY why gender-based/biased BS is STILL so prevelant in our culture...and why magazines skew their focus to fit whatever they deem their target demographic.

In every single magazine I received this month, it has something about a man cheating, like "how to tell if your man cheats", or "why do men cheat"? Ummm, women cheat too and I think the percentage has gone up higher the last couple of years....it pisses me off that some of us women come off looking like angels when in reality we can be just as bad as men! This is common to many many species, and you can see this reflected in so many ways in humanity alone. Go on craigslist and post a wanted ad for a sexual encounter and tell me how many responses you get. I guarantee you it'll be 100 times the number I'd get. And you can't attribute that totally to women being shunned in society for wanting sex. That's part of it, but a smaller part I think.
