    Actually, yes she is. The only truly safe sex is no sex at all. The only difference here is, how on earth would you not be able to tell if a guy is wearing a condom? I mean damn, you can feel those things!!

    Where were the parents the 14-16 years that led up to this? Shit like this doesn't happen overnight. If the kids were brought up correctly they would be less likely for then to ruin their lives this young.

    Thats why they should ALWAYS wear a condom cause you just never know. If a guy really doesn't wanna risk getting a girl pregnant then he should wear one. Translation: the guys aren't totally innocent in all of this.
