    My Fave 5 :

    1)Lindros
    2)Tocchet
    3)Hextall
    4)Poulin
    5)Brown

That's right Dave Brown ! Best moment for me with Brownie was the 1986 Playoff game where there was a Pre-Game Brawl

Poulin was unbelievable to watch as a defensive center...he could score also scoring 30 a couple of times..I always thought he would come back here and be the head coach one day

the brown thing was against montreal. that youtube clip is tremendous. Ed Hospodar started the fight I believe. If I remember right it was something about a dude shooting a puck into the flyer goal after warmups. Hospodar wasn't having any of that. Old school hockey was so much better than the game today

one of my good friends still to this day says poulin is his favorite all time flyer. I'll be honest, I don't remember much about watching him. I know what type of player he was, and he wore the C, but that's about it

here it is. this happened today they would arrest hospodar and kick him out of the league

Yeah...guess who was the instigator in the pre-Game warmups ? That POS Claude Lemieux when he was with MONT..he would fire a puck down the ice at the other teams empty net..so Box Car and Chico Resch waited his ass out and jumped him..I still have the clips on an old VHS tape

Poulin was the epitome of a never-say-die player..Propp/Poulin killing penalties something to behold

One of the best goals he ever scored with Gene Hart making the call

You know it's kinda funny a Flyers fan complaining about an instigator ;)
Although...I was never a fan of Claude.

nah, I did a while back. I was the one that started the conversation

    Lindros
    Recchi
    Richards
    Propp
    Tocchet

Someone else brought up primeau, who I forgot. I'd probably replace propp with primeau

    man, he is THE WORST

I swear that house in sea isle looks like the one me and my buddies used to rent for the summer. Had it for 3 straight summers, right on the bay. Being single was awesome

One of the biggest reasons I want to become a professor - so I can start spending my summers at the shore again(my priorities are in check). Four years in a row I had a place, and hasn't been the same since....Ah, sunrise, sunset.

UNLV hoops has to be there

I don't watch espn, but I did see that 30 for 30 on the U teams from the 80s. that was comedy gold. why do they always have to take the fun out of sports?

That was a fun list. I still regret not being born early enough to see those teams. A 70s Flyers game at the Spectrum and a Led Zep concert would be at the top of my time travel destinations.

if this doesn't prove that the NHL dislikes the Flyers nothing would. also, was reading on SI that the flyers are ranked 4 in the nhl. the pens are 3rd.
