first, can somebody explain why the flyers did get credit for a goal on the OT review? Annti clearly couldn't have control of the puck if it all takes is a little smack to put it in the net.

    second....hot damn....lets go Flyers

    GIROUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to change the MOJO so I didn't post before the game :D

Every damn game against this team has been a one goal game including the regular season

How many times can we dominate the 3rd period and still barely get anything...man its frustrating

    Friday is another HUGE game

I'm guessing the Blackhawks left the ice like the professionals they are...

Pronger is and always will be a little bitch.

    Yep.

The rule is dumb, but so fits a dickhead like Pronger.

    Anyways...
At least the Blackhawks will be able to win this thing at home!

    Pronger is a BEAST!!!!!

He is hilarious when he torments the local media with his sarcastic answers

He likes to play head games thats all he's doing

He's doing a great job on Big Bust err Buff

did they play it before game 5 agaist Montreal?

from the article which was published on may 19th http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/fly ... z0oQuoTjsV

    it was 85-22-4

so now it's wither 86 or 87. Game 5 with a 3-1 lead doesn't seem like it would be a spot to play it.

Well, everyone usually thinks that prior to Buff scoring 2-3 goals...then the next game another and the next another...

Seems to me, Buff hasn't had much of a chance not because he's not in the right spot (or some Pronger-related nonsense), but his line hasn't been able to get him the puck.

Sounds like good D to me if the whole line hasn't been doing anything

Actually both top lines haven't done much this series

Richards has been OK..Carter has been sloppy with the puck and lazy at times

The depth in scoring on these teams has been incredible

Is that Carter's mo? Having no dog in the fight that was a great hockey game. Still think this thing goes 7. Missed the f'n OT b/c I dvr'd the game.

yeah tends to glide out there

    He's considered soft...one dimensional

When he's hot he's tough to stop but getting hot might not be until next year..I honestly think he's not in playoff hockey shape right now..he broke his foot twice and had surgery so he missed a lot of game action

Practice and riding the bike cannot get you ready for the Finals

Sounds like Ryder here in Boston although I think Carter is better. Soft, glides, scores in bunches and then is not found for weeks. They are the most frustrating types of players. Giroux is fun to watch. He impressed me in the games during the season and playoffs against the B's. Feet and ankles are really tough injuries for hck players. Lucic had a high ankle sprain and it took him a ton of time to get his game back. Laviolette is a great coach. Especially whne you consider where the flyers were when he took over.

Did anyone watch the HBO Special: The Broad Street Bullies tonight?

I'm not a Flyers fan and really had no idea about their history, but I really enjoyed the special. Gave me chills watching it. Very cool 8-) As Don Cherry says, "Now that's Old-time hockey!"

great game by Hartnell, Briere and Leino. those 3 have been awesome during this run. Leino went from a guy who couldn't find a spot before the playoffs to being double-shifted in the 3rd period of the stanley cup finals - awesome. Win game 4 and right there boys.
