    Nope no call

I doubt it's looked at by Shanaban

Of course it wont. Based on the result, a concussion, by Shanahans logic, it should be a suspension.

Grossmann is officially day-to-day with an "upper body injury". Although the Flyers won't officially acknowledge it, the injury is a concussion. He struggled back to the bench after absorbing a hit from Tyler Kennedy in the second period, and did not play at all in the third period.

Early in the game, Evgeni Malkin caught Grossmann behind the net with a questionable hit in which the defenseman's head was the main point of contact. It was hard to determine if it was Malkin's shoulder or elbow that connected with a glancing blow, but either way, the contact was to the head. Grossmann did not miss a shift until after the Kennedy hit.

insane series. flyers win friday but without a huge change don't see success in next series though, especially if it's boston or the rangers. defense is leaky and goaltending is well...typical for the flyers.

I think we woke up a sleeping giant with our play yesterday. we will recover I still believe.

I think as Flyers fan we keep waiting for something to go wrong sometimes. Game 5 will be different and hope that the Flyers see that the refs are going to call it tight now and we have to play smart

It would certainly be far from the first time that a team comes back from a 3-0 series. Same with Vancouver (they're done it before). There is always reason to think it's gonna happen; definitely not a time to give up and lose hope!

I agree 100% with you. we just need to make sure we play a better defensive game and we get decent goaltending. The Flyers know first hand how a team can come back from 3-0

I believe Holmgren has denied that Eskin report about Bryz having a hip injury.
The Grossmann injury is huge, Looks like Gustavson will fill his spot.

Lavi has said that Ilya is playing today. JVR looks like he is going to play. should be an interesting game. I still think the Flyers will win tonight but who knows I still might be drunk from yesterday.

we just have to make sure that we play a full 60 minutes. we all know the Pens are going to come out strong and we need to make sure we take the crowd out.

thats true which is going to be hard now that Grossmann is out but all year the Flyers have come up with players to play games so I hope that this continues.

I would like to see that but I just want to win and if we do that it takes a person off our roster who would be better. Sean is doing a good job against Malkin except for that last game.
