    has any supposed star in this town ever gotten more of a pass than Giroux?  Never understood the love for this guy and he has sucked this year.  time to move on from him or at least give Coots the C next year.

    Come on man. Playing a different role this year and just got 800 points for his career. Not even sure he's considered at "star" any more. If you think he's still a star, that's why he's underwhelming you. He's definitely past his prime but still a good player.

    personally i don't think he was ever a 'star'. very good player never a star. semantics a bit yes but always thought he was overrated.  good player on a bad team who played a lot of games. 

    I think this team makes the playoffs but don't see them beating Washington or Boston in the first round if they end up as the wild card. If they could sneak into 3rd in their division would be huge.  Hopefully Hart comes back as good as we was previously at home.

    Nice win last night against the Rangers! 5 in a row and now in second place in the metropolitan division. The flyers have the second best home record in the NHL (only behind Boston). Keep it up Fly guys!

    Really nice to have a good goalie situation, hate they sent farabee down to play some middling veteran, should be fun end if the season and hopefully playoff run

    that dude is pretty much the only reason that the rangers still have a shot at making the playoffs.
