brutal game. the offense showed up, but the D and goal tending were pretty putrid.

Going to Thursday's game against the Bruins, should be a decent game, hoping for a win.

good game. lot of up and down action, with Philly controlling most of the action. very entertaining, and a flyers win to boot

The effort early on had me nervous...no to mention law of averages with beating them 14 straight times

Nice win considering I don't think they had their A game tonight

It's pretty apparent most teams are shooting high on Leighton..he does commit early a lot on the butterfly

His quote after the Leafs Game when asked about them trying to start fights :

"That's the type of team they are right now. We're not buying into it. We've got bigger things to worry about."

    :o

    Talk about a 180

Not sure how he ended up on the top line

Maybe rewarded for the turnaround and hard work ?

It was nice to see him jump into the fray when they went after Ritchie...rather lose him for 5 mins

Giroux had a nice game finally

So I picked one of the worst games to go to this year. They played horrible. Leighton played ok but the defense wasn't helping at all and the offense couldn't get anything going.

Leighton looks lost at times. He is not the answer. He can't seem to make the big save, aka the 3 on 1 breakaway for Boston's 2nd (or was it the thrid) goal last night. left wing, to center, to back fo the net. he was in front of the shooter, but whiffed. he's gotta make those saves if want to h ave any hope come playoff time.

at this point, it would be a suprise if they make it past the 1st round.

hopefully, we can get a goaltender over the summer or at leasat Emery gets healthy and plays like he did at the begining of hte season.

I read an interesting fact about the Flyers. Only Boston and Montreal have winning records against us all time.

I think there's only 1 team Montreal doesn't have a winning record against, and I think that's Florida (lol)

In my world, the Hawks game today is the big game of the weekend. Mostly because i live in the chicago area and work with a big black hawk fan.

would have been nice if they showed up to play today. less than 20 shots for the entire game? really?

got a feeling we will see alot of sunday games in march go like this.

these 4 game weeks are gonna take a toll on them.
