    Not at all. I wasn't part of this, I only heard this after Jussi broke the shootout record of the Finnish league and made his name here. Never even saw them together. I've never met Jussi or his wife in person. The friend and his wife were in the same class in college and things happened. I'm a big fan of the team Jussi used to play for and would've never allowed someone i know to screw the girlfriend of the nr.1 goalie, but not all guys brag about their love life...until later on

    LOL,nice. Still i realized how stupid it was to bring up useless gossip like this. They're happily married now and hopefully Jussi and the rest of the Oilers will get their names on the cup!

    oilers have life again!

    the reality of the situation is that home ice for edmonton is an unbelievable advantage, so you may be able to expect a home and home split, leaving a three game series with two in carolina. If the oilers win game 4, they can carry momentum into carolina and win number 5, leaving them with a game 6 at home, and a damn good shot at winning.

    pretty ugly goals last night, but the oilers fought hard and they deserved the win big time.

    that rendition of oh canada blew my mind!! first time i caught it live (usually my godson is still watchin scooby doo at that point)

    but wow that was moving, i got that happy/spine-tingling/tearey eyed thing happening (you know kinda like @ a pj show =)

    Great game last night, it's a whole new series now! What a great effort by both teams but the oil were just that much better on the defensive side.
    Which came first,

    Well I think it is perhaps easier to watch when your team is on the five side of that score as opposed to the zero side. ;)

    That 5-0 game was just a one off for us. Lulling you into a false sense of security if you will :p

    For the record approximately 54% of NHL players are Canadian, not too shabby, but in the early 80's it was closer to 80%.

    GO OILERS!! I'm heading off to work now and thought I'd stop in and leave a message cheering on the boys tonight because I can't later!! I'll be at Rexall Place cheering on the boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait for tonights game!!! Hopefully we tie this up tonight and make it a whole new series!!!! Yay!!
