looks like season 4 is starting january 31st - a thursday night! - at 9pm est.
post writer's strike it doesn't seem like a smart move, going opposite csi and the office, but i'll take the 8 new episodes when everything else is a repeat.
I think ABC moving it to Grey's time slot is just telling that the networks don't think this strike will end anytime soon.
New episodes of Lost will be competing with repeats of CSI, NBC is running Celebrity Apprentice opposite it and Fox is running Don't forget the lyrics.
Lost should dominate it's new time slot, but it's curious to see what will happen if the strike does end quickly and not last months like the networks are expecting and where it will be next year.

with all new episodes of lost airing against repeats of everything else it will do fine. i don't think that thursdays at 9pm est will be lost's time slot whenever the strike ends and all shows are new.
Sometimes having some unexpected extra time can be a good thing - more time with your loved ones, catching up on movies, books or sometimes, just plain ole' sleeping. In my case, I've been able to use it for a labor of love. I just finished directing the video for a song by Harold Perrineau. It's called "Stay Strong." It's a kind of 'thank you card' to the troops in Iraq and their service to our country. Harold wrote the song over the summer and when he played it for me, I was so moved by it that I offered to direct the video. Not only do I think it's a great song, but I really respect that the fact that he agreed to donate the profits from the sale of the video to charity, specifically The Bob Woodruff Family Fund for Traumatic Brain Injury.
It was shot and edited here in Hawaii (except for the war footage, which was generously provided by ABC News) with some very talented young filmmakers at my side. Without their help, along with some incredibly bighearted members of the LOST crew, this video could not have been made. A big mahalo nui to all of you.
You can find it on my video page here, or on YouTube:
Regardless of how you feel about the war, I hope you'll agree that our troops deserve our support - especially during this special season.
Speaking of which, happy holidays to all of you. Thank you for helping make this year such a great one, even through its darkest moments.
May 2008 bring you many blessings, and I'll talk to you again in the new year.
Cheers!

OK, so I dont know if these have been posted here or anyone else has seen them but a fan has done a slide show representation of his own Season 4 Episode 1. I personally think they are hilarious, whether they intended on them being funny or not.

The end of Season 3 is awesome!! Can't wait for 1/31!
As soon as you can zoom in on the photo you can click on a small piece of text (just under the hairline), but from there on I get stuck in a loop and see the same clip over and over..

Zoom in on each eye and the mole. Once you get all 4 clues you move on to some other stuff. Not much more but it does say "Chapter 2 begins in 12h 33m"
Abraham Lincoln once said, "If you are a racist, I will attack you with the North."

Oh I was only focusing on the mole. I clicked and nothing happened.

i saw this last night and it looks awesome. i don't care if it is only 8 episodes, jan 31st cannot come soon enough.
And who do you think the "traitor" in their midst is?
Hint: Romeo's love.
Yeah while I'd prefer 24 (over the new 16 epi rule) straight new Lost episodes, I'll certainly settle for 8 new ones! Stupid strike
