Heres some VERY IMPORTANT information i thought i would post here. i might add it to the first page.
Before you adopt a dog, please ask yourself the following questions:
Are you willing to care for the dog throughout his or her lifetime? Small dogs can live up to 18 years.
Do you know how to housetrain a dog?
Can you afford the cost of food, grooming and regular veterinary care, including yearly vaccinations and check-ups?
Do you have the time to adequately exercise the dog?
Are you prepared to attend training classes to teach your dog basic obedience?
Are you prepared to hire a trainer if your dog has behavioral issues that you don’t know how to deal with?
Have you considered who will care for your dog during vacations or in an emergency?
Will you give your pet love and attention when he or she needs you, and not just at your convenience?
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE READY FOR A DOG BEFORE BRINGING ONE HOME!!

I got him back down to 106....his Dad is 110 and mom is 80. So I'd like to see him only 110 at maturity, which is at 2 not 15 months. My vet said he is solid muscle and didn't need to loose weight...the tech told me get at least 5 off of him....so I did! I want to get him even thinner....he can weigh that much when he is back to running every day....and it is muscle!

PS...it was 2 yrs ago today that we lost our wonderful little Pinkerton...I'm just a little bit sad today... :(
ugh. im sorry. i feel your pain man. i was looking at pics of SURFER and i got a bit sadd cuz its a really awful feeling knowing i wont ever touch him, hold him, feel him, in my arms....never again. :( (a little porch ) seriously, its a terrible emptiness.
