    Got back from the Dr with Brandi, they said she was doing well and put a softer cast/splint on her. Next week, they said they'll put a even softer one on. Then the week after that, she has to have a x-ray done. Poor little dog having to go through all this. :frowning: Well, the color of the week is Pink.

    Yep, mint green would have been a nice change. Oh well, your correct, the pink goes well with the cone. It's reversible, so, I put the solid Pink on her today, to contrast with the cast.

    Watching a lovely PBS doc on dog adoptions.

    It just makes me happy to see so many people looking out for them - less being euthanized, more being adopted. Given second chances.

    (wow, right as I typed that, one of the shelter reps said the exact same thing about second chances)

    This is what I want to do when I retire, or if we win the lottery.

    Well, he might look quite large, but he only gets a size between a cocker spaniel and a border collie... So not that big...
