Got back from the Dr with Brandi, they said she was doing well and put a softer cast/splint on her. Next week, they said they'll put a even softer one on. Then the week after that, she has to have a x-ray done. Poor little dog having to go through all this. Well, the color of the week is Pink.
Pink goes nicely with her cone. Although I was hoping for blue or mint green.
Yep, mint green would have been a nice change. Oh well, your correct, the pink goes well with the cone. It's reversible, so, I put the solid Pink on her today, to contrast with the cast.

Plus that lovely lavender bed inside her white pen! That has to be the classiest ex pen I've ever seen.
I would like you'll to meat my Dutch shepherds dog Sammie... At these pics he's 5 months old...

here's a few of Piper...it's not that she doesn't like the camera, but it's hard to get really cute pictures of her.

Adorable! I assume he's going to be huge as an adult?
Well, he might look quite large, but he only gets a size between a cocker spaniel and a border collie... So not that big...

More of Princess.
Her fault though, she won't leave here cast alone.
What is this National Dog Day everyone is talking about? (Lisa the dog is now on Twitter, God help us, @LisaTheGSD )

It just makes me happy to see so many people looking out for them - less being euthanized, more being adopted. Given second chances.
(wow, right as I typed that, one of the shelter reps said the exact same thing about second chances)
This is what I want to do when I retire, or if we win the lottery.
