    i had to abandon the inflatable collar...norm could still get at the wound so he had to sleep with the lampshade...he'll only wear it when i can't keep my eyes on him

    but he's been a really good boy...he's just confused because a lot of the routine things he does (jumping into the back of the car, doing the early evening crazies) have been tempered...but he keeps trying :twisted: :lol::lol:

    :lol: well it's mostly early evening at sunset when all the cats and other critters come out...he's paces from the front door to the back door...by the time i get my lazy ass up and let him out the animals are gone but norm tracks their scents throughout the backyard :fp: :lol::lol:

    This is Lucy, one of my husband's dogs when he was growing up. She's smiling because she's eating the lounge chair. I love the piece of foam in her mouth.

    We're still open for dog pictures thru 3 September. So send away!

    Woof. "Hot Valley Writers" will include a gallery section for literary dogs in the Special Fall Dog Issue. So, even if your hound has not set word to paper, they can be a Hot Valley Writer.     I have a naughty Lucy too... she ate wallpaper and dry wall in her bad girl days :shock:
    she loves pillows too and would remove them to her lair :lol:

    both these Lucys are lovely :D
