So the results from the ultra sound on Friday, showed something abnormal. Not sure unless they do exporitory
surgery, which we can't do. It would do more harm then good. What they had seen could be cancer, given her track record. As far as why her intestines are all bunched up could be from an ulcer or two, that the intestines have attached too. All this is based on speculation, and will not be known. Nature will take its course, as i will give her all the love and care as i allways have.... They seem to think she might have had a stroke a couple weeks before i left. She is doing better these days, she was out chasing the rabbit yesterday. Gotta love that she still thinks she is a puppy. She is the best :!:

I was hanging out at my twin's this weekend, and I was in the guest room. The rest of her family were on an annual holiday to her in-laws which started when she was in law school. The two dogs chose my room over hers when they were deciding where to sleep. I felt like i must be a good person. She's good too, of course, but if they couldn't trust me they wouldn't have wanted to hang with me. I felt necessary to them.

This is my fatty dog Flloyd, he is now 7 years old and weighs a whopping 44kg, he is a Border Collie x Retriever x Labrador, he still thinks he's a pup and thinks it is ok to jump on your lap and no thanks to my partner he also thinks it is ok to sleep on the bed..not to mention..MY SIDE OF THE BED!! :x , sometimes i think he believes he is human!
He is full of love and bursting with wits and personality! I could go on forever about him, but im sure no one would find him as exciting and adorable as i do unless they actually met him...Flloyd is my world, i love him like he is part of the family!

It's great to see Trix, out and about!

Gracie and I just got back from the park....I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt.:lol: Gracie tweaked her back last week and can't do frisbee catching for awhile. So, she reverted to her jumping, chewing the leash and plopping over, during our "walk" . The little shit.

Many, many years ago, I was a hippie carpenter, living in Fraser, Colorado. One day, I was tooling up the road in my 1967 VW Bus  and I picked up a couple of hitchikers. They asked "you want a puppy?" and I become the proud owner of Short Mort. He was really cool but he didn't even make it to 6 months old before he got hit by an 18 wheeler on icy Route 40  . Most of the dogs in Fraser ran free and Mort was hanging with his peeps. Man, I fucked up. He was my first dog and a very good boy. RIP, Mort :cry:

Flloyd is very handsome and he sounds exactly like my oversized sheltie Django, who also thinks he's a lap dog, hogs my side of the bed, etc. This is a picture of him about 5 years ago:

Thank you for the update. I think you are doing the best thing possible for your baby. So many people take extreme medical measures and put their beloved pets in pain, and diminish what the dog considers quality of life, just so the human can hang on to their baby longer. Most dogs would rather head to the Rainbow Bridge when it is their time, they don't care about more time if it isn't full of food, fun and being a dog. You enjoy every moment with her! That is what is best. Much love and hugs going out to you.

my very first doggie as a child was a dalmatian - princess. she was kinda old even when i was born, so didn't stick around long :(, and technically she was my oldest sister's dog, but we all loved her so. you bet, i have a very soft spot in my heart for all speckled doggies...

i wish trix happiness and love...and lots of doggie bones....play.....hugs....in every day she has left.

My girlfriend's new puppy. A Great Dane. She's only 3 weeks old. We can't take her home until she's 8 weeks. Which works out good because it will be just after PJ in New Zealand!! :D We haven't got a name yet.
