  • I don't know if it will be a snorefest. Hossa and Jokinen would be pretty big deals.

Not THAT big. Not like last year. Beyond Hossa and Jokinin, who do you have? Nothing particularly special.

Put me on a line with Lecavalier and St. Louis and I'll get 80 assists, too.

    Nice QMJHL numbers though.

Well im sure he'd do good on a line with Kovalev or Higgins, Montreal has enough talent to put in good passes from Richards, you'd rather have Hossa, i really never seen Oli Joikinen in the playoffs, prolly cause he's never made it hehe.

    Kovy's line is ok.
I don't want to trade for a rental either way, Richards or otherwise. I'll take him, but send Lecavalier by July...

But he's not a rental, he has a few more years left on his contract.

In his case I'd rather keep the team I have.
    He's heading west anyway.

Yeah the rumor here is for Bourdon and Schneider two very good prospects....7.8Mil is kind of steep based on his recent production.

I think he still has a lot of potential .....the reason he has been up and down so much is purely a function of the injuries we have had on the blue line......I think Bourdon frustrates some fans as he had such an amazing camp and preseason in his rookie year then he seemed to regress after that.......combined with how well Edler has played as a rookie it has put some pressure on Bourdon........but this is the same team that traded away Neely at the same point in his career so around these parts were a little gun shy on abandoning high draft picks.

  • Campbell to the Habs ???

Forsberg to Avalanche. Sources confirm the Flyers are in the hunt for Brad Richards.

Brian Campbell is taking the skate, but Brian is the 21st skater they have...one more than 20. Buffalo is denying the Montreal rumor...Campbell's situation is the Buzz of the press box...
    Stay tuned.

    Possible, but highly unlikely.

Forsberg back with the Avs! If nothing else, great for ticket sales. Newest rumor here, Avs also getting the rights for Rob Blake. The Golden Oldies Tour 2008!

On paper Ottawa really needs no one else.....
I don't want to lose a player I like to a 2 month rental, either...
