this is Radomski and Grimsley ... every clubhouse has a guy like this.

What is interesting, it appears that that the 5%+ that failed the MLB tests years ago are not included here.

I'm sure that if it could, the report would have listed them. But the samples from 03 and their results have been tied up in the courts for awhile now and the federal government has them. The player's union could have destroyed the samples after testing was completed, but for some reason didn't. And the federal government has seized them for help in the BALCO case. The player's union is claiming releasing those names and results would be a violation of the 4th amendment.

This is the Roger Clemens Report ... thats pretty much it ... some other big names ... Pettitte, Lo Duca, on and on ... but most of the players, no one cares about ... this is all about Clemens.

all i see is yankee superstar, yankees superstar, former yankee superstar, former yankee over-paid scrub, etc, etc, etc...

can't wait for the "steroids....steroids..." when pettitte pitches at fenway next year.

not a real lot of shockers on the list to be honest.

so Clemens was on the 'roids when he threw the shattered bat at Piazza during the 2000 World Series. Makes sense.

So according to Chris and Mike, Clemens took the shit right before the Mets series where he threw the bat at Piazza....that would explain a lot, you motherfucker..

It'll be interesting to see what Clemens and Pettitte say. It's basically their word against McNamee's. No evidence whatsoever on those two. Just McNamee's word

Well they apparently had their chance before the report was released but declined even though they knew it was coming out.

Kinda hard to deny anything now.

Greg Maddux is one of the big winners from this report.
Maddux is (7) wins away from Clemens for his career.
Maddux will probably end up with close to 400 wins.
I think when we look back 50 years from now, Maddux and not Clemens will
be viewed as the best pitcher of the last 20 years.

Honestly this report is becoming an urban legend.

You know one of those "my brother's ex-girlfriend's roommate during her second year of med school in Russia said this about that guy!".

Honestly, the only thing that is the absolute truth in this report is the fact that it was written by George Mitchell. Every thing else is hearsay and until hard evidence is shown, nothing is in stone.

Keep in mind that the people that Mitchell talked to are pretty much going to jail for a while, one has to wonder how much time they cut off of their sentences by naming names.

Hell, I'd say the Pope took steroids if it meant knocking a few years off of a Federal prison sentence.
Abraham Lincoln once said, "If you are a racist, I will attack you with the North."

what about all the check copies? that looks like pretty damning evidence to me.

and did u read what some of the guys wrote in the memo field? i forget which, but one of them actually wrote "bought something."

    Yeah I agree.

These people were giving their testimony to federal agents and had no reason to lie. If they wanted to try to make a name for themselves or drag someone through the mud, they would've gone to the media themselves dropping names.
