And if there is anyone outside of them to blame... it is possible that the kids they targeted were partly responsible if they picked on these two in school.     It happened. And it was well documented. There were things the Nazis were very good at... efficiency and documentation. They documented everything they did in those camps to prove their methods were efficient and to improve on their processes to improve efficiency.
