    like dieting? ;)
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I could tell you Scotland is on top for a reason England is on bottom for a reason Wales is well.. Wales and Northern Ireland... really should just be a part of Ireland but that's my opinion and I'm a protestant.

If the Irish ever do achieve peace, does the flag just turn white?
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

that's assuming people still can't get guns. fact is, it's a helluva lot easier to control the UK's borders than ours. last i checked, we had a little bit more coastline. we also share very long borders with mexico and canada (a country that has as many guns per capita, yet somehow far fewer deaths). if 19 year olds can bring booze back from canada regularly and people can bring drugs in huge quantities across the mexican border, i doubt it would make too dramatic a difference to ban gun sales. on top of that, there are so many here right now we could keep them circulating for a good long while. trying to repossess them would be a nightmare.

But it would make it harder to get guns...and so you'd get fewer massacres. It's that simple.

I just think it's kind of funny it was invented by a Stoner. :D

I know it's not cool, but I actually like the M14.

You are confusing Armalite's AR-50 with the Armalite AR-15. One is a single shot bolt action chambered in 50BMG, and the other is a gas operated semi-automatic chambered in 5.56/.223. Stoner had nothing to do with the AR-50.

Wrong! Criminals would still get guns. That means MORE massacres with no one to stop them. It's that simple.

the people behind these massacres weren't criminals though. they were off-kilter crackers who wouldn't know how to find the black market with googlemaps.

    1. take the Virginia Tech, Columbine... shit any school shooting... the shooters were not CRIMINALS.. they were 'normal' people

    2. and who stopped their massacres.. THEMSELVES!!!

ah, sorry, my mistake. That's what I get for trying to provide a little comic relief.

there is a true push in the media here to create that sense of emergency to take away guns from people. this will affect those who hunt for their foods, although i can see an arguement would be to learn how to survive before technology...anyway, i wanted to say hi...

i cry everytime i hear of a soul lost becasue of an unneccessary death...

    wishing you a great day..

you know i am not one to argue very well, so i will let your conversation back to be...

but yes, every incident reported is a propaganda move to get guns off the streets...build up fear...

i do not use a gun, nor do i own one, but i support freedom of choice and the idea that people need to quit using our tax dollars for officiated babysitting services...

you are some of the nicest people in the World...that's all that matters to me....and that i learn something new each and everyday...peace..

i support legal gun ownership too, but i seriously doubt anyone is still depending on a gun to feed themselves in this country.

you really mean that soulsinging? what about folks that live in the backwoods who hunt for deer and other stock to fill their freezers for the winter...i realize that pop is dimishing because the man has got everyone living in suburbia, but these people who you fail to realize, are part of this equation too...

in the same respect that when i look at sky scrapers, i only see concrete and structure, i forget that people work and reside in these buidlings...

however, i strive to acknowledge all life and how each part of this web is equally important...peace...

You can't keep someone from going nuts. Background checks will not help that. What other rights will you begin to take away from people with mental defects?
