And also, attacking the source without discussing the information is typical when you can't refute the evidence, which seems to be the case here.
attacking the source is exactly what A.S. does. Clearly you didn't read the article that I posted that did refute the evidence and did talk about the issues raised by zeitgeist. I quoted the last paragraph from the article. Her evidence used is suspect at best and the article adresses it.

That's fine if you think that. It's just a write-up on why because you don't physically see God that faith alone is what drives people to believe in Him.
Ok, I get that, but I still think it's ridiculous. Half of the things the student says are plain wrong.
To love God in the most practical way is to love our fellow beings. If we feel for others in the same way as we feel for our own dear ones, we love God.
If, instead of seeing faults in others, we look within ourselves, we are loving God.
If, instead of robbing others to help ourselves, we rob ourselves to help others, we are loving God.
If we suffer in the sufferings of others and feel happy in the happiness of others, we are loving God.
If, instead of worrying over our own misfortunes, we think ourselves more fortunate than many many others, we are loving God.
If we endure our lot with patience and contentment, accepting it as His Will, we are loving God.
If we understand and feel that the greatest act of devotion and worship to God is not to hurt or harm any of His beings, we are loving God.
To love God as He ought to be loved, we must live for God and die for God, knowing that the goal of life is to Love God, and find Him as our own self.

Propaganda is usually an idea, an opinion, an image or information which provides only one side of the argument. Propaganda is made to influence people by giving them misleading, incomplete information.
If that is a facet of god, then god will lead you nowhere, imo. If god deliberately misleads people, he is a liar.
how can you claim this is propaganda? when pure observation is measurable evidence...?
example 1:
The student stands quietly for a moment, before asking a question of his own. "Professor, is there such thing as heat?"
"Yes," the professor replies. "There's heat."
"And is there such a thing as cold?"
"Yes, son, there's cold too."
"No sir, there isn't."
The professor turns to face the student, obviously interested. The room suddenly becomes very quiet.
The student begins to explain. "You can have lots of heat, even more heat, super-heat, mega-heat, unlimited heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat, but we don't have anything called 'cold'. We can hit up to 458 degrees below zero, which is no heat, but we can't go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold; otherwise we would be able to go colder than the lowest -458 degrees. Every body or object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy. Absolute zero (-458 F) is the total absence of heat. You see, sir, cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat we can measure in thermal units because heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it."
Silence across the room. A pen drops somewhere in the classroom, sounding like a hammer.
The professor stares at the student.
Kid, when a body or an object feels hot it means the atoms inside it are moving very fast in random directions. When it feels cold, they're moving very slowly. That does not mean "heat is absent", absolute zero is not the total absense of heat, it means the atoms are not in motion. They're still."
example 2:
"Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?"
No, I haven't. I see where this is going, though. Evolution by its biological definition happens all the time, it can be observed and it is a fact.
What you are referring to is "common descent". But the theory of evolution isn't just "common descent", it's a lot more than that. So I certainly hope you're not trying to compare evolution to faith in god because that would be utterly ridiculous. The scientific theory of evolution is supported by a lot of evidence from different fields (genetics, paleontology, ecology, the study of animal behaviour...).
You can challenge the theory of evolution if you want, young man, but first you should open a few books and study it so you know what you're actually talking about. Because using "evolving from monkeys" to describe evolution makes you sounds like an ignorant and arrogant idiot who criticises something he has absolutely no understanding of.
example 3:
"Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the professor's brain?"
Let me stop you right there, my student, before you make a complete fool of yourself. No one here has seen my brain. I can give you all a CAT scan or a MRI or fMRI scan of my brain, though, if that will eliminate any doubt as to whether I have a brain or not.
Money Just Doesn't Work Any More
By Clement Clarke
"If we don't have a planet with trees to live on there will be no economy, no food and some pretty terrible outcomes." --Lisa P, Melbourne.
Does money buy us freedom, or houses or health or anything, as the politicians would have us believe? Why do we have to work for years to pay off mortgages because we borrow some money? What if money was the cause of the problem, and not the solution? The Creator made a wonderful planet for us to play, create and evolve on. Planet Earth is an abundant place. With the Sun providing energy for us, one could say that Earth is infinitely abundant. We really lack for nothing. Abundance just is!
But, we stuffed up big time. We created money. God didn't create it. We humans did. And we did it badly. We are suffering. The planet – our home – is suffering. Pretty soon, we will have poisoned it so much it will not be able to support us.
So, what happened? We have been told over and over and over again that having money is a good thing. That money is a form of stored energy, or wealth. Or that we need money to exchange goods with each other. But, let's step back a bit and look at money as a way to divide up the natural abundance we all have. To separate us from our abundance.
How can this be? Let us consider that all things on the planet are free. Remember, God didn't invent money - we did. By using our free natural resources, we can create electricity, or telephone systems, or hospitals. All that is required is the idea, and manpower. Both of which are free. Money doesn't run hospitals – humans do. Money doesn't run telephones – humans and computers do. Money doesn't run anything. Humans do.
Money is simply a catalyst. It helps things happen. It is a convenience. But money shouldn't tell us how to run our lives. The profit motive must not put money before humans. Companies should not exist to merely make profit, but to create a better world. Banks must stop charging interest on what is created from thin air – money. Growth needs be curbed – we just don't need a new mobile or whatever every 6 months.
Make no mistake; the planet is being poisoned by greed. Gandhi said: "There is enough for all, but not enough for one greedy man."
The Money Game was invented by humans to divide us. It is time for the rules to be changed, so that money works for all of us. By all means create money from thin air, but use it for constructive purposes. The Commonwealth Bank used to create money to build roads, telephones, electricity and so on. It charged minimal interest. Now private banks do the same job and charge much, much more in interest. Let's change back to that system – for the common good, which includes the planet.
It is insanity that we are working harder and harder just to feed the money system. It is insanity that the system we designed is chewing up the Earth's resources at an ever increasing rate.
It is insanity that we are allowing the system we humans designed to destroy and enslave us. It is insanity that we are using all our time "making money," instead of fixing our planet.
What would it take, whoever wins power, to please throw away whatever beliefs you have about the "isms," open your minds to new ideas, and let's create a system that puts the planet and humans first?
Remember that thoughts become things, and whatever we can think of, we can create. We create our lives by our thoughts, so choose wisely. Think abundance, not restriction. And let us all have fun during our time on the planet.
Please email me to discuss. You might like to have a look at part of a talk I gave to the Theosophical Society a few months ago, too. It talks about beliefs and the American way: The Anglo American Belief System.

Honey, I see the correlation with both eyes wide open. A concept of universal affinity is what I seek. Does a human have to want God? Does a human have to need God? Can a human shine without God?
Some people may act like they have the highest integrity and not have any dedication to what is right at all.
Here is my "article" from 2008: Think freely, or don't think at all.
