    Kind of ironic, too.

Falwell, had Larry FLynt died last week, what would he have said about his rival?

    Hmmmm.

Not celebrating someone's death does not obligate you to celebrate their life nor is it tacit approval of their life.

It seems like some people in this thread feel that if they're not celebrating Falwell's death that thye are approving of the man. I can't think of any other reason behind such classless behavior.

On the level that I know the posters here, I doubt very strongly the word "celebrate" joins "jerry falwell's death" in any truly cohesive fashion.

Celebrations are for much more personal reasons.

Perhaps, but I view someone's death as a time to reflect. Therefore, criticizing someone that has died is not tacit celebration of their death.

I'll take a lot of shots at him and I think he was scum. But only those that actually said things like "I'm glad he's dead" (and there certainly were some) should probably be taking the criticism from anyone that is not overly sensitive.

(Not looking at you, I have not read the last few pages of this).
I cannot come up with a new sig till I get this egg off my face.

    Post #2 in this thread;
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! Im gonna go light one up to celebrate this beautiful day. Fuck you falwell... Today i hope there is a hell." I think it was used pretty cohesively. I don't see how anyone can condone or be rationalize this, it's becoming what you profess to be against.

Right...how many posts on here have been the "good riddance" and "glad that fucker is dead" posts? If it were just one or two, but it is all of you hateful fuckers.

    ok, miss love and lollipops...

I see it's ok to paint an entire group based on a few, which is narrow minded at best...I guess all you retarded conservatives are the same <---see how it works, based on your silly responses, I can label and entire group...

also, it's funny that you get upset over this...did you know the great reverend, or are just talking shit to talk shit...

You say this as though this isn't a common sentiment on this board.

I think that viewing all of us like that instead of just looking past the weeds is completely being silly.

I'm simply using the "lump everyone together for the actions of a few" logic...it works for bootzy...so I figured I give it a whirl....:)

I made one statement that was too broad. I have stated that was a poor choice of words. Throughout the rest of this thread I have used either most or some. Both, not being all inclusive, are perfectly accurate.

I think this whole discussion is silly, competitive and pointless. What's the whole point? To prove Righties are more dignified than Lefties here? To say my side is better than your side?? That is quite immature and I would normally expect a lot better from you.

Neither does it obligate anyone to trash that person with as much venom as has been displayed.

As I said before, I used improper wording in my first post in this thread. The amount of decency on this board has really diminished over the past months. I usually don't name names and will not name any more names here past this single post. robbie used a tactic which has become the norm for many on this board.

I don't think robbie is the norm for anything about this board. Be it Nancy Pelosi, Hilary Clinton, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove..whoever...there would be some here saying rot in hell and there would be those who take the higher road. And speaking about the things someone did in life that you disliked is not spreading hate.

That is why I have not specifically called out any posts that were simply stating things that he did in life that they disliked.

Pack-Hunters.....Glory Supporters......Elitists.......Status Freaks, in short I think I just HATE weakness (see all the above for weakness) . I would go to war against any of this, anytime, anyplace.

So now you are wishing death on those who disagree with you? Very very nice.

I have read posts by robbie before and gathered his political leanings. That can be done.

I have no problem with your lack of class. I'm glad you are not a hypocrite. I'm glad that you willingly admit wanting all people who disagree with you to die. Good for you.

What do you mean "so NOW you are wishing death blah blah blah zzzzz"? as if you know me or i've ever even spoken to you before? I might have wished Death all my life. I might have killed people.

You make way too many presumptions about your station in life up there, I dont give a fuck if you die or not, your "smart" mouth still doesnt make you smart.
