  • I think finding a PJ girl is kinda of like seeing Haley's Comet: It comes around once in a life time and if you blow that chance to seize the moment you'll be kicking yourself in the ass for the next year and a half after it happened.

Not that I'm speaking from experience or anything.

we are out there! I'm a PJ obsessive and I hopefully found me a PJ man... he's a lucky guy... ;) LMAO
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

Back on subject.....haven't found a good rock club with like minded souls either other than when dirty frank played....

You should try the Sidecar Pub. It's on FM 1960. I haven't been there in a while but they used to get some really good local bands there. It's always rock and they bring in People from Austin too. Kinda a hole in a wall but I always like it.

Sometimes it's not about letting someone go. Sometimes it's about seizing an opportunity when the moment presents itself. Sometimes it's about growing a pair at a Pearl Jam show and asking that hot little tart for her number.

I haven't had much luck with internet dating lately.. of course, none of those girls were Pearl Jam fans.. Hmmm.
  • Me- Pearl Jam, my husband Nirvana and for him Pearl Jam is a very close second. So, we balance well.

It is more the new bands that we disagree on more than them.

After some thought....I've been there several times....lived in Cypress, NW Houston.....the place just died....not even sure if its still open....I did like it...was great environment and good live music...

Would love to meet up with somebody here in the Halifax area that's into the Pearl Jam like I am. I have tons of friends from all over the world who I talk to online for year's now; many who I like & would love to get into a relationship with, but I don't see any luck with it. :( Not that rich to travel, and scared to make the move. Yep, I'm a shy/sensitive Pearl Jam fan. D'oh! Truth comes out.

Just to meet somebody face to face here, that has some if not a few things we both have in common .. would be a dream come true for me. Oh well. I'll still be walking the long road alone ...

    i waited all day.
    you waited all day..
    but you left before sunset..

...should have stayed for the sunset...

Yeah this would never work for me. There are very few Pearl Jam ladies in New Zealand that are my age and that would actually date me. Sorry to be a pessamist but thats they way the cookie crumbles. I'm gonna die a lonely old man listening to my Pearl Jam vinyls.

    PJ vinyls.
    just kidding.
ah... you are going to die anyway, so why choose to die all alone?

    carpe diem!
    i waited all day.

  • I think I need to find a Pearl Jam gal, she might be the only one who gets me.

This dude is 29, from Minneapolis, and here is my myspace,

    http://www.myspace.com/nocode96

if anything, it is a good place for PJ fans to get together, and talk about the music, and liten to our PJ songs on our profile.

I haven't been on here in a while, I am glad it is still kickin.

  • personally, i dont know what the fuss is all about trying to find a die hard PJ chick, i cant fucking find a dude who loves pearl jam or even gets that band like i do for the life of me. ive met guys who "like" PJ but that means they've only heard Alive or jeremy...i do know that i just have to wait it out and i will wait forever to meet someone who loves that band more than life (or even me!!). anyway, just giving some love to the FEW PJ girls out there who keep it real...

STILL looking for a SINGLE PJ guy. I'm beginning to give up hope. I'm ok with them not being a total PJ geek like I am, I have enough fellow PJ geek friends to bond with. But to find someone who can at least appreciate my obsession and not mock it, would be fantastic!

    30/f

    ......the search continues

same with me. i'm beginning to give up hope too!
i'm a workaholic and so tired, that trying to find somebody with a little pj love in them .. locally .. is impossable to find. even somebody who has some feelings or interests i have for.
as for long distance relationships, it never works for me. i've been burned many times, and i've stop trying. just makes me sad each time. might have to pull the plug on msn and those other messenger apps.

    ... my search continues aswell ... :(
