I am a huge pearl jam fan although don't spend too much time on the message boards....I totally agree that I wouldn't be able to be with someone who didn't appreciate pearl jam the same way I do or who wasn't interested in listening to PJ as repetitively as I do (and all my close friends)

That's funny, my roommate who i lived with for 2 years always made fun of me for listening to them so much, so many creed jokes, more than i can count haha. And just recently he went through asking for some of the songs he liked and for me to show him some others he would like as well. Figures since he just moved out today. haha

Converted my ex with minimal effort, but she left for law school so it's back to the converting becuase PJ chicas are sparse in Bmore. It's either hip hop or bad metal.
Best tip for conversion. I did this with my 2 college roommates. Buy a lot wine or beer and put MSG or touring band in and rock out. They'll be converts by the time the DVD is complete.
