    reading a couple of these posts a few days later....i must say that I didnt even know there were any "tech gliches". I use internet explorer and logged in early and kept hitting refresh and the link popped up at 9pm sharp and after i got my poster no problem....i went back to see if and when it started to give the "not in stock" note...and i remember it was on BUY for a lot longer than the Boston one the other day. So it worked just fine for me...both times...and yes i had problems like last year but with everything ive bought from tenclub i can honestly say i think they have improved their server/site/system immensely!

    it wont happen again?? explanation?? like everyone else has pointed out....high demand + limited supply = few happy people and lots of unhappy people. its just chance...and persistence and luck....and perhaps your ISP/connection speed. Just be happy that they are releasing more of these posters after the shows in case you didnt get one at the show.

    do you have to be loged in before you can buy or if you get lucky click buy then log in? when you refresh it logs you out,making it even harder to buy one when they sell out in 15 seconds, that must be a record.

    ANY ADVICE FROM SOME ONE THAT GOT ONE WOULD HELP...........

    Log in. It can't hurt. I logged in about 8:56, went to goods section, clicked on specials about 8:58 then reclicked specials at 9:00. Link came up almost immediately. I had no problem Thurs or Mon. But next time could be different.

    i got both so far....

    YES if you dont log in before the sale...you will get screwed. i log in at least 10 minutes early and then start hitting refresh a couple minutes till it pops up.

    Also Ive found that it really helps speed things up if you say type your credit card number in like Word or something and then copy & paste it into the checkout form for your poster. You save time by not having to double check your number and just typing it in. This saves time since you are able to hit submit (that last window/step) before others are since they are still typing in their info. Also obviously...make sure all your address info within tenclub is correct so you can just hit continue thru each step.

    so if you arent already doing that....thats a start to help you score what you want.

    WOW! i have been a pearl jam fan for a while, but never posted here until recently. i am AMAZED at the number of babies on this board. seriously, if this is how you react to a poster sale i hate to be around when something truly messed up happens in your lives...DAMN! cancer, death, divorce, fired from a job, etc.

    do all you complainers work for the post office? please disclose your locations so i can take cover...

    i have found that it doesnt matter if i log in before b/c everytime i refresh it logs me out again... hasnt stopped me from getting both tho... so i dunno... im just gonna keep doing what ive been doing...

    do you have cookies enabled? that could be why it logs you out each time.
