    Interesting opera singers are few and far between on our lists. Though can totally understand pop/rock/metal singers having separation from opera singers. It goes without saying I'm sure that people like Luciano Pavarotti, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa etc would be right up there. In some ways it's almost a totally different discipline.

    I know these are all men but I like Anna Caterina Antonocci for her Habanera performance.

    In looking up Youssou N' DOUR I was not surprised how well Peter Gabriel sounded. I last saw PG on the SO Tour and he sounded absolutely 💯 great back then as well.

    I saw him in Belgium in june and he was amazing! What impressed me the most was that he still manages to do the high notes perfectly on the song don't give up. What a great singer and a great soul!
