just got this email from lucy:

I’ve changed your ticket orders. If you could spread the word amongst fans, I was misinformed earlier. I will have to do some damage-control-follow-up calls tomorrow – tickets will be assigned on a first come first serve basis depending on day/time of order. It is not open seating on the day of. So you will be given a seat when you are given a ticket. Does this clear things up? Again, so so sorry for my mistake.

    Thanks!
    Lucy

    wooohoooo - that's a relief...and yes, i upgraded to the $350 level. :o what the hell...all $$$ to charity......

thanks for posting - i was running out tonight to get to my son's baseball game. congrats on the upgrade....if it weren't for the new house, kitchen, appliances, and 6 PJ shows, I would be in the $500 seats. I am just happy to be there at this point :)

has anyone that was lucky enough to get tickets checked to see if their credit card was charged yet. i scored tickets at 10:58 this morning, but my card has not been charged yet. i was one of the people who reserved the tickets, then had to make the $100 donation at robinhood.org, which i did as soon as i hung up with miss lucy.

Lucy said the credit card won't be charged until your $100 donation has been confirmed. She's supposed to make callbacks to confirm all of this tomorrow. This Lucy sure earns her money.

i was JUST going to post something similar. this is a robin hood thing, not a pearl jam/10c thing. it's being handled by ONE chick doing all the ticketing, etc. it's for CHARITY folks, it's not just about pearl jam and pearl jam fans. thus, no heads up from 10c.

With all due respect, if PEARL JAM is playing, it is a PEARL JAM/10c thing. The Rolling Stones played at the Beacon, and that was for the Shine the Light movie, and they announced it through their fan-club web-site, and sold tickets through the site too. They played 2 shows their, and the first show was a fund raiser.

Well, anyway, i think their should've been a heads up for this show, even if they ONLY put up a FEW tickets for the show.

I keep calling back, but it just goes to the voice mail. (left 3 messages.. ugh!)
  • Anyone wanna sell me the an extra 250 dollar ticket?
Does anyone know if this is like a dress up thing since its a benefit, everyone will be watching PJ in business type clothing haha.

Yeah, I left a message yesterday afternoon. and have been waiting for a call back and I don't want them to think we are all crazy and keep calling, but if it's supposedly first come first serve, but they are taking calls in between, I don't want to get screwed!

How long a drive from Mansfield to where the Beacon is located?
I'm hitting both Mansfield shows with a friend but I don't think he can afford a tix to the Beacon :(
