    Got my tickets about 20 minutes ago.....keep calling...I hit redial about 60 times to her direct line.

    Lucy said there are a few hundred seats still available...so dont give up!

    She also said that they never expected such an overwhelming response.
    They have another person answering her voicemail and making call backs today.

    It's a crapshoot

    They have one person answering her phone and doing the sale

    My transaction took prob 2 mins

    So just keep calling and hopefully you'll get through

    mmm..I'm so weak..I just rebooked my flight to get out of NY now instead if Boston (and only cost me $30 :p).

    I'm going to relent any minute now..
    Anyone know if you can get the tickets at will call rather than having them sent out?

    Me too! I left a message (and by "a message" I mean 3 messages) and nothing. I thought by leaving the message and waiting for a return call I was doing the right thing but I guess not. So now my dialing finger is getting a work out!

    Lucy said they haven't figured out any of the seats yet..
    its all on a spread sheet in order of when you called...

    She said tickets should go out June 16....

    I finally got through and got tix. Since it is just Lucy doing the tix she asked that we spread the word to be patient with her.

    You'd think... that if you were going to ask people to leave a VM... you'd just put the line on busy and return those calls OR... just dont have a VM option and just have it be busy until she's available...

    Don't get me wrong I know its just one person... but had I kept trying yesterday AM when I did (when this thread had about 5 replies) I would have gotten through fast and probably gotten awesome seats... nice guys finish last I suppose.

    Exactly!!! I started calling yesterday at 10:30 and left my first message by 12:00 and haven't heard a word. Nice girls finish last as well!
