Or do you happen to be a member of the Robin Hood Org??? I bet those tix are gonna be outta-hand, hopefully since its for charity no greedy, smelly scalpers!! Congrats, very jealous...
I met my wife here...you can too! Don't lose hope!
Seems like quite the discrepancy here...for $250 I am making the trip...how did it go from $250 to $10k?
No freaking idea. I definitely would be willing to do it for $250. Pearl Jam at the Beacon would be a once in a lifetime experience, because basically every seat in the house is good.
I wouldn't spend $10k to see The Beatles (if Lennon, Harrison were alive and they happened to do a reunion tour)
No he is not lying I called up and got them for a 500$ donation maby it matters who you talk to but that is for the balcony not the main level but still really goood

When did you call? Also, is there a minimum donation?
Ok, I decided to call back the Robin Hood Foundation, and I got the real info. You are required to donate at least $100 to the Foundation first, and then you have the option of getting up to 6 tickets. The cheapest tickets are $250 each, and they go way higher from there.
Anyway, I donated my $100, reserved a $250 seat (balcony). The Robin Hood people will be calling me tomorrow to confirm that I made a donation (via their website) and will process and ship my ticket.
Woo hoo!!!!
She also confirmed open bar, and no opening band!!! This will be fucking amazing!!!!!!!!
(Now, I'm really considering selling some posters to afford this. My beautiful Kenyon Hall may have to go)

So it's $100 donation, then $250 for the balcony? So $350 total?
I shit and I stink. I'm real, join the club.
A friend, he called, I didn't mention a thing. The last thing he said was, "Be sound". Sound. I contemplated an awful thing, I hate to admit. I just thought those would be such appropriate last words. But I'm still here.

Correct! Of course, if you want better seats, they are much more. I honestly forgot how much they go up after $250, but personally, I'm happy with a balcony seat at The Beacon. I saw The Black Crowes at the Beacon years ago and had balcony seats, and as I said before, every seat in the house is a good one.
Man, I really wish I had the extra cash for this one. The sacrifices of being a college student. I'm already seeing 4 shows this month though, so I'm not too upset.

"We're running out of beer, too?" EV 6/19/08
You will regret it, if you don't. I mean, Pearl Jam in such a small venue and free drinks???? Also, part of it is tax deductible.
I'm psyched about the other 9 shows I'm going to next month, but this will be SPECIAL!

What a shame...cause it was heaven on earth...
$250-$350 so see PJ play the Beacon? Not worth it. IMO
