Yes, there is only ONE person handling this - and she is wonderful.....so be patient.

Minimum donation is $100. A few weeks ago it was $200....they lowered it - props to PJ I suppose. I am glad I waited to donate....

You can get up to 6 tix. So if you get the cheapest $250 and you get 6 - you can divide the donation between the 6 people going. so each ticket becomes about $267. no fees or charges on top of it.

I am so happy I have tickets :D

and yes NYPJ1 - permanent ban - he doesn't really know what happened - said he didn't even care to ask at this point. ridiculous if you ask me...

    Keep trying :)
ha... i love when flippers reveal their true motivation for buying a poster when they really need the money... that ugly POS isnt worth the $25 you probably paid for it let alone over $100... atleast whatever you end up overcharging will go to charity

this show sounds like itll be pretty sweet! and a good cause! i hope everyone who goes has a great time!

is this place bigger or smaller than the vic?

Anyone know if you have to be the donating member to go to the show? I don't have the money for it at this point, and my uncle was going to by me one ticket. I'm fearing that this isn't possible.

what i took from this thread is you gotta donate $100 first... and then you can buy your 1 ticket... so it would cost your uncle $350 total... the initial $100 donation is tax deductable tho i guess

Is there any where that confirms this there sight doesnt say anything. What if this is a way to get more money and someone made this up. and PJ doesnt even show. Seems a little risky to me. Like i said there is no news info on this. You would of thought 10c would of mentioned it. Just my thought. Dont need to attack at least eveyone is giving money to a great charity. If i am wrong well i will live with it. Good luck everyone getting through.

Did the lady one the phone confirm who was going to be there. Did anyone ask?

I might go for a $250 ticket with anyone of you who has a membership, if you can buy 6 tickets, why not go in for the membership together and cut costs? Anyone who's bought less than 6 tickets and would like to do this, please PM me!

I originally stated I was interesting in making a donation to obtain tickets to the fundraiser on July 1st. She responded "The Pearl Jam show, right?"

I asked if there's going to be an opening band, and she said only Pearl Jam would be playing.

Which brings me back to the point of my first post. If you plan to sell it for above cost and violate 10C policy in the process, why post that? I am just saying :)

I just got off the phone with the Robin Hood person at the time of that post, and I was excited about getting a ticket to this. If you read that post again, you will see that it was said in jest.

You're missing the point of the event. It's to raise money for a certain charity not to feed your PJ addiction at a discounted rate. $100 goes to charity. The $250 goes into Vedder's pocket..

Shamefully quoting myself here, guess if it happens it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't, it'll take me a lot of strings to pull to see this show...

I got through to her, she said she would reserve my ticket until I donated on the website, now when I go to the website to donate, its says Im entering an invalid card. I m freaking out!! I have the money in there. Its a $1,000 limit per day debit card, thats not the issue. I don't know what to do :(

I totally understand that, but people will be buying more tickets and selling them anyhow, at least this won't be scalping... I do my share of charity as much as I possibly can contribute.

I HIGHLY doubt that Pearl Jam is taking in the full $250. Highly doubt that.

Of course not the entire $250..lol..
