I use Winamp (free to download) to listen to flac files. You can also use winamp to convert the flac to wav files. This is the only program I've used to work with flacs, and it's really, really easy... not sure about any others.
I converted this to mp3 (for my ipod). I will upload tonight and post the link tomorrow, if that helps....0 -
Here's the Reading Festival show from 1995.
These are flac files - i will upload mp3s tomorrow.
SOUNDGARDEN
August 27, 1995
Reading Festival
Reading, UK
Disc 1:
1. Searching With My Good Eye Closed
2. Let Me Drown
3. Spoonman
4. My Wave
5. Drawing Flies
6. Ty Cobb
7. Fell on Black Days
8. Mailman
9. Head Down
Disc 2:
1. Superunknown
2. Rusty Cage
3. Waiting for the Sun
4. Black Hole Sun
5. Christi
6. Hands All Over/(Slaves and Bulldozers)
7. 4th of July
8. Kickstand
9. I Want You (She's So Heavy)
Notes: Chris incorporates some lines from "Slaves and Bulldozers" into the bridge of "Hands All Over". Only known performance of "Christi", a DOTU outtake.
Somebody close to the taper talks a lot and Kim's guitar is barely audible, but despite these flaws, the audio is superb. This is one of the best bootlegs
out there. It's a shame we'll probably never see the professional video.

I would be eternally grateful if you could bring that mareede stuff over here.Especially the tokyo show.Once again I dont mean to sound greedy(more, more!)I just love this band and love new stuff I dont have.I will up stuff by request if I have it.So.....request!

Fitchburg: 8.0/10
Reading: 8.5/10
Tokyo: 8.5/10
Here's the Tokyo flacs from dime.
SOUNDGARDEN
February 08, 1994
unknown venue
Tokyo, Japan
disc 1:
1. Room a Thousand Years Wide
2. Searching With My Good Eye Closed
3. Flower
4. Rusty Cage
5. I Awake
6. Hands All Over
7. Face Pollution
8. Gun
9. Fell on Black Days
10. Hunted Down
disc 2:
1. jam > Spoonman
2. Beyond the Wheel
3. Get on the Snake
4. Somewhere
5. Mind Riot
6. New Damage
7. Jesus Christ Pose
8. Slaves and Bulldozers
Notes: Awesome setlist. The band described this show as being pretty lackluster due to an extremely quiet crowd.
A pro-video also exists with an interview plus "Fell on Black Days" and "Spoonman". Their Pacific Rim tour in 1994 was outstanding, seeing them play a lot of old favorites for the last time while introducing new material in the two months before Superunknown came out. This is one of the more lackluster shows of this time period, but the recording is fantastic and the setlist is excellent. After this tour "Gun", "Hunted Down", "Beyond The Wheel" "New Damage" and "Get On The Snake" were gone from setlists, and "I Awake", "Flower" and "Somewhere" would be rarely played.

I use winamp (free to download) to listen to flacs/shns and convert them to wav files. Once you convert the flac to wav, you can convert to mp3. There might be other, easier ways, but this is the only way i know.
I've converted all of these to mp3 for my ipod... i will upload them for anyone who needs the mp3s instead of flacs.
