They toured this year? Those used to be called warm up practice runs to test out new material…
I got to go to 6 shows in 3 different cities so felt like a great tour for me.

I have no legitimate reason to think it, but I sense that rumors will begin to trickle out soon.

Congrats! Sounds like you did the touring! I’m just stating what we used to call a roughly ten show run.

I think a tour implies the performer does the majority of the traveling. They’re lucky to have such a devoted fan base willing to tour.

2025 was hardly a tour.  This band hasn’t played more than 40 shows in a year since 2006. Can’t imagine how much better they would be if they actually played a decent amount of shows.

I think the short tours is partly what sustains them and contributes to the band's longevity.

Short tours >>>>>>>>> no tours / no band

To me 2025 was just the finishing leg of the dark matter tour...not its own tour.

Id happily take 11 shows or whatever..it is better than skipping a year. Even when I cant travel, which I didn't for a long time, I love the excitement, the live streams, the setlist talk, the videos. Its just a whole mood.

Agree. This is how they make this band work now

I would love a time machine back to 2006 though

  • Some of yall will never be happy with the amount of tour dates the band does nowadays. You just hate the band cause everything was better back in the day.

On the flips side, maybe they've survived 35 years as a band due to all the downtime? :)

Let's break PJ35 down into a normal full time job....say PJ20 when it's all added up?

They are probably planning what to sell for PJ50 and just taking it slow to make sure they reach it
