Ok - my gut led me to think Ohana early on. Now my gut is saying Freese is the new drummer. NIN is done for a while. JF was ready to commit for the long haul with Foos and got the rug pulled out from under him. I think he wants a band to stick with for a long time and he definitely has the chops to do all PJ era drummers.  He’s too good of a fit and he’s available.

Freese makes a lot of sense given his history with the band. It is also interesting that he's fired from Foo under somewhat mysterious circumstances in May 2025. Perhaps Dave/mgmt got whiff of some flirting between Freese and PJ?

Regardless of whether it is Freese, I'm hoping PJ may actually have the drummer sitch figured out, and the recent comments were a smokescreen.

I think expect the unexpected is always a safe theme with this band. Just when you have them crossed out for 2026, they're back in the game. I am now really curious about the SA rumors that are floating around and if any or all are gonna happen.

Happy to be wrong.  Happy the band will play Ohana.  Also hope to be wrong about SA and that they announce a tour.

Hoping we get U.K. and Europe next year. Very late to get one this year and many of us have no holiday days left.

Will be so exciting next year if we do. Would love the usual places, and which suffered cancellations in 22/24 - London, Amsterdam, Berlin….
