People in general just suck more and more every day, but the low volume of really shitty people seem to be upping their game at setting a low bar for human interaction and really maximizing their influence on the rest of us. I hope Karma eats these fuckers for lunch.
I don't know, people in the past were pretty awful. People used to own other people in this country. They used to sic dogs and water cannons on people in this country. They used to lynch innocent people and hundreds of people would watch for entertainment. When exactly was this halcyon past when people didn't suck?
People have always “sucked”. Just now everyone has a phone to tell everyone about it so the dumb seems more prevalent and louder.

Perspective.  Lost on quite a few unfortunately.  Being barbaric, idiotic, rude, racist, etc. has been around forever.  We certainly didn’t invent any of this behavior.  Have we gotten better?  I do think so but only about 25% improved and that’s cause I still have one lens left on my rose colored glasses.   We’ve got to do better mentally, emotionally, environmentally, morally or we’re all in for a heap shit of trouble.

For sure +1.  I have a total intolerance to all alcohol.  Not an allergy, an intolerance.  Anything past one drink is always one too many.

Cell phones and internet..so much good yet so much bad.  A struggle between good and evil which the world has seen many times prior.

The question of whether Philly traveled for the Pittsburgh shows has been answered
Only shows near the Midwest, only shows near the Northeast, nearest shows to Canada. Think there are a ton of travelers even by the standards of a band people already have to travel for
I tell you what! Pearl Jam fans from Wisconsin would never act this way 🧀

Maybe it’s time to go back to assigned seating in the pit.   Between this and all the issues with same people on rail it might be time to retire the current GA.
Personally I’ve had GA 8 times and it’s been an amazing experience every time, but all good things will eventually come to an end.

Except at their baseball games. Some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered were brewer fans in Miller Park.

I agree with OP. Just look who this country voted for. Tells you all you need to know. It’s past embarrassing and sad. People lost common sense, ethics and the ability to understand what the truth is.

They’re willing to shoot themselves in the foot as long as some other group gets shot in both. This zero-sum mentality is fucked up.
