I got in line at 10:00 and just made it to the front of the line
The Hell!? It’s going to vary by venue but Raleigh had much of the stuff inside and on all levels. The only items I’m not sure about was the skate deck and tokens. The did have the license plates. The third level merch stands barely had a lines since people rushed to the ground floor ones.

Sometimes they don’t care the date specific stuff up top.
Definitely got used to going to the upper deck. Until one show where they only had tour stuff up there. And I missed out on date specific stuff, luckily the PJ community hooked me up for that specific show

Raleigh night 2 had a few tokens inside. I was able to get one. They also had skate decks and license plates inside too.

But they had no show specific stuff up on the third floor at Raleigh. Learned that the hard way.
Posters are solid out outside. Supposedly there will be some inside. Not sure why they won’t bring said posters outside for those of us in line for 4 hours.

People with tickets definitely deserve a shot at product, unfortunately there isn't any policing outside anyone can buy

100 percent. This line is stupid long enough to have a prescreen for tickets for plates posters etc

Noon. All I could get was the Flippin stickers and pin. Now I gotta go back and wait in line for the doors to open so I can try again.
Making tickets non-transferable and requiring a ticket to buy merch would be incompatible
Of all shows I’ve been to I’ve NEVER seen anyone not going to the show wait in a merch line. I’m not saying it doesn’t happen, but I’d say very very small amount. Maybe in the bigger cities.
Also what’re you going to do scan EVERYONES ticket before they buy outside merch? No.
Show a screen shot? That won’t fix anything.
Pre ordering, now that’s a different monster, but would make more sense

Yeah I don't buy that there is a critical mass of people who would wait hours for merch of a show they're not going to. Sure a few flippers who camp out early but I have to imagine this is overwhelmingly show attendees.
This lack of merch for people waiting in line for hours is discouraging and it doesn’t even affect me. I had been collecting the license plates and had almost all of them before this tour but the scarcity has made the prices skyrocket to $125+ for a $15 item. My brain goes crazy trying to complete sets of whatever I’m collecting. I may have to ditch the past plates and give up because I’ll never get any from this tour as is. Well, I did manage to get a NOLA plate but that’s it. Already going nuts trying to find the Atlanta basketball.

They had posters, stickers and license plates at one stand at least. The person behind me got the last plate and someone was on the radio asking them to bring more. That was the stand on the left side of the stage. It was also the only one of three with the dad hat.

Cool then bring the product outside from inside if they are all attendees. People want to just no lug around their merch during the show.

Scalper do. It’s a legitimate problem. Pre-ordering would seem like a good idea in theory but doubt it’s practical for thousands of orders to be picked up on show night. It would be a cool 10C perk.

Well no, you have to leave inventory inside.. that’s the thing about special edition/limited edition stuff. Not everyone is going to get it.
Would be nice, wouldn’t mind a poster for either show similar to the 2013 Munk One for Pittsburgh
