Is it safe to assume all the show posters will be available in the 10c shop like last year?
    I would say yes.

Since New Orleans was online only and sold out in shop, that's probably not available.

Curious if Hollywood 1 has any tour returns. I mean if they were sold out as of night 2, I would guess not, but we'll see? 👀

One of the ATL's won't be until the artist sale which he said will be a while until that happens, so shop sale will probably wait on that to be held and possibly sellout.

It's time to make certain show specific merch items available to all active Ten Club members online.  Overproduce the shit out of what PJ knows Ten Club members would want to buy as a keepsake for their shows...including shirts, tokens, license plates, posters, and stickers.  Who the F cares about 'limited edition' appeal?  Get the flippers out of the game.  It sucks I went to two shows and showed up very early and still got shut out of all of the above mentioned items.  The only way I can get them now is by paying over 3x their value to a-holes online.  Bad form.

That makes no business sense. Why would they overproduce, get stuck with inventory, and then have to pay staff to distribute merchandise? Only to have fans complain about shipping costs, delays, customs duties etc. The goal is to finish the tour with limited or zero inventory while still making buckets of money. Plus, if they overproduce the unique items they might sell less of the other tour merch.
Offering pre-ordering with your ticket actually makes the most sense.  The only conceivable reasons not to are that it’s a logistical nightmare, leaves many without work who man the booths, and the hours spent in line offers an opportunity to meet and chat with people.  The hours spent waiting is a bit rough.   As for flippers, if they want to spend hours upon hours in line I'm good with paying them a bit more for something I want.
There’s also a pretty good chance lately that a lot of people who preordered a poster sight-unseen will get mad if they don’t like the poster they get.

My big question is will one of the Pittsburgh artists do the right thing and drop a Dock Ellis-inspired design?

One of my favorite prints in my collection. I bought two in case something happens to one.

Not sure what happened but last night during EF I took a lap around the arena looking at the merch stands for a skate deck. Half hour prior to PJ going on it appeared they were all long gone and I was at peace with it. Standing in line for hours for merch is not my thing (no offense to those who do it) so I knew odds were low but at the table near the main entrance I saw one and was able to buy with no line. Not sure if it was stock they purposefully held back or just forgot they had and put out late but I was amazed that mid show they were available. When I got back to my seat the woman next to me couldn’t believe I had one and said she had tried all day. Told her to go see if the main table still had them and she got the last one may be 10 minutes after I did.

So I guess restocks whether intentional or not can happen. I’m not going to Raleigh or Pittsburgh but for those who are it’s not a bad idea to check during the show.
