I'm really wondering if there will be more tour dates announced at a later date. The 24 tour covered the full range of major cities across the whole country like LA, Seattle, NY, Chicago, etc...this one has such a small list of mostly eastern mid level cities. Maybe dates still coming for places like Denver, MN, Detroit, Phoenix, Texas? You'd think they would wait and announce a full 25 tour and not just a first chunk though. Who knows maybe this is it.
Pearl Jam strives to protect access to fairly priced tickets by
providing the majority of tickets to Ten Club members, making tickets
non-transferable as permitted, and selling approximately 10% of tickets
through PJ Premium to offset increased costs. Pearl Jam continues to use
all-in pricing and the ticket price shown includes service fees. Any
applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
Is there anyone in the Pearl Jam camp that is actually listening about what really happens when you make tickets non-transferrable?
As many of us have learned during the last few tours, all this does is hinder the ability of 10C fans with tickets in "non-transferrable" areas to move tickets within the fan club... it does nothing to stop the ticket scalpers themselves from getting their hands on the tickets and relisting them at a higher price on other resale sites...
haven't you guys seen what happens in the fan-2-fan marketplace by now? A ticket bot run by a scalper... in many cases actors for Stubhub or likely even ticketmaster itself, scoops up any fan club resale seats with a burner, untraceable, email account and credit card and relists them on a another website (not named ticketmaster, but either run by them or in a partnership with them).
They resell the tickets on that site, and then use the burner email accounts with registration and CC numbers to transfer them to the buyer on ticketmaster...
10Club members typically aren't jumping through these hoops or reselling the tickets for inflated values.
i mean, this just stokes that other market where a select group of 10Cer's are scooping up all the tickets, regardless of what shows they can or cannot make, and dispersing the tickets throughout that in clique.... but at least tickets aren't getting resold for inflated value to those outside the 10C...
I'm sure this falls on deaf ears, but whatever.
Congrats to all the places getting some shows!
Agreed! Evidently there are some who have the time and patience that get rewarded with F2F tickets but I'm guessing they are a minority in the scheme of things. Hopefully the other states get on board with NY, ILL, and CO and do away with non transferable tickets.

People have speculated more shows in the fall, but I think it's just speculation at this point. Nashville aside, it's nice that they're at least trying to hit up places that haven't had shows in forever. So I hope Ohio and Michigan are on their radar.

If that’s the case, it should have been Columbus OH as that is more central to Det, Cle, Cin, Pgh.
Hollywood should have been Orlando since the arena is double the size and is in central FL - less time for more people to get there if driving.
I got one question, why are ten club tickets $184 a pop? That’s freakin ridiculous. What happened to the Pearl Jam that fought Ticketmaster? Where is the Pearl Jam that once made PJ shows affordable? 184 bucks a ticket is ridiculous. If you are not in the fan club tickets start at 300 bucks. Ticket sites are selling PJ tickets for over a thousand bucks each! What happened to Pearl Jam? So disappointed and not stoked for the tour. Been a fan since 1992. The Pearl Jam I grew up with and loved is gone. Bring back affordable tickets to the fan club. December 5th 2024 is the day the music died.
For any band, let us know how many albums you have purchased in the last 12 months.
How many albums? 32 albums sir. How does this have anything to do with the price of tickets?

Unless I'm missing something, here in DC we've not gotten a PJ show since 2010!
Granted, we got Baltimore X2 - which is close - and other places within decent driving distance, but PJ's avoided us for a looong time.
Is DC now the biggest city without a show since 2010?
I requested both Raleigh shows through Ten Club but am wondering if I should do the same through Artist Presale too as backup. I wish they had staggered it so if you don't get 10c tix you can jump into artist presale.
If you request through artist presale are you locked in to buy or can I remove my request if I end up lucky in 10c draw?

With the new "GA or reserved" option, is there any reason to select reserved only if you're fine with GA?
It seems like GA or reserved is the way to go unless you really insist on a seat.
But I'm nervous that picking GA/reserved gets you a weaker shot at tickets period since the vast majority of people will select that option.
Am I being unnecessarily worried?
From the verbiage in the post, it sounds like they fill the pit first and whoever doesn't get picked then goes into the drawing for seats. If that's true, then selecting GA/Reserved is only going to actually increase your chances of getting into the show since you're effectively entering two draws for the same show.

I've always wanted to visit Pittsburgh. I picked Nashville as well but if you thought tickets were expensive avoid Nashville.
Nashville is like any other city -- it's as expensive as you make it. Yes if you eat and drink n Broadway you're gonna pay the tourism tax but there are tons of places to get good food and drink if you do a little research.

While they haven't hit those areas on the Dark Matter Tour they just played Denver in 2022 (I was there -- great show), and played Austin, Ft Worth, and St. Paul in 2023. So yeah that's probably it for them.

The Artist Presale doesn’t start until after you find out if you got 10C tickets, so you’ll know if you need to enter the AP or not.

Question about the Credit Cards processing...so Im using a Mastercard and Ticketmaster, well my card, makes me do a verification code right at the end of a sale on normal ticket checkout. I was worried this might cause an issue with the ticket request transaction being approved? I've called my card and they say its no issue but I also think its one of those cases where they aren't sure what I'm even talking about. Anyone have any insight on this?

They tell you to contact your bank, but I’ve ALWAYS found that does more harm than good. Because exactly, they won’t care or understand what you’re even trying to relay.

I did this last time for Fort Worth. They didn’t really know what I was talking about. But I had no issues and got tickets.
Now for the TM sale, be ready to enter that code. Had to do that for Philly, but it all worked out!

DC has Pittsburgh and Raleigh within a few hours drive. Better than many places. You can reasonably get to 4 shows without flying.

Not sure if I’m screwed or what but putting this out there to see if anyone has any ideas. For as long as they have been doing this, I have always been able to submit requests for myself as well as my friend who does not have a computer or do anything online. I’ve always managed his 10C profile with an email I set for him way back.
Anyway, I logged into my 10C account and TM account and made my submissions no problem. When I log out of both and log into his profile, when I get to the screen for credit card info it has my info and the email address is greyed out with my email locked in so now I get a warning that I’ve already made a submission.
It literally was not like this last year so I realize it’s a unique situation but I don’t know why it’s locking my email to his profile when he has his own.
I realize I may need to email 10C but know they will be swamped so just thought it wouldn’t hurt to see if anyone had any ideas.
EDIT: It could be because my cell phone is on his TM account. He doesn’t have a smart phone so again, I’ve always handled it and it’s never been as issue until now.
