The biggest mistake (from his POV; not mine) he made last time was not surrounding himself with enough loyalty. Loyalty to him will be the primary factor.

A few I have in mind

RFK Jr will probably be Health and Human Services
Education probably won't be filled because they'll end it as soon as possible
Obviously Musk for the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)
I could see Tulski being the Sec of Defense since she helped swing a few Dems, has military history, and is on board with his love of the true Motherland.

How interesting that this election has emboldened several people who all of the sudden find AMT worthy of their time. The attack is on!

As for me, I'm moving on to greener pastures. The inconsistency of what is and isn't allowed here is just not worth the headache. I will miss some of you, others, good riddance.

I'm not seeing anywhere in his statement that he supports Trump. Here's yet another reply where you aren't defending the Democrats, but you are still focused on Trump. That appears to be the entire point of his message here. Obviously the "what about Trump?" message wasn't enough to win this election. Enough voters defected because they didn't like what the party has become. There are plenty of videos out there by the likes of RFK Jr. and Tulsi describing what they see happening in the Democratic Party, and the Democrats dismissed them, leaving them with no choice but to cut ties. By the way, I've never voted Republican for President. I voted Democrat through 2020, even though it was with fading passion with Hillary in '16 and especially with Joe in '20. I think I've been pretty clear in saying that it's because the electorate is ignorant. I don't know how to fix or approach that.

This system of ours leaves us at the mercy of naturally occurring economic influences that one party blames on the other.

Our path's are almost 100% opposite. I did vote for Obama v1...but then back to Romney for his second term. And now haven't voted for a republican due to trump being the candidate.

I'm not seeing anywhere in his statement that he supports Trump. Here's yet another reply where you aren't defending the Democrats, but you are still focused on Trump. That appears to be the entire point of his message here. Obviously the "what about Trump?" message wasn't enough to win this election. Enough voters defected because they didn't like what the party has become. There are plenty of videos out there by the likes of RFK Jr. and Tulsi describing what they see happening in the Democratic Party, and the Democrats dismissed them, leaving them with no choice but to cut ties. Well, enough voters feel the way RFK Jr. and Tulsi do. And it lost them the election.

By the way, I've never voted Republican for President. I voted Democrat through 2020, even though it was with fading passion with Hillary in '16 and especially with Joe in '20. I have friends and family that are Trump voters. I am not. It's pretty clear they're not that different than me.

I do understand the frustration though and it's why I rarely post much over the 20+ years I've been a member. There are a handful of posters who think they have everything figured out. I get tired of seeing the snarky, condescending, and the I'm right your wrong interactions.

I find it hard to believe these people are the same way in real life. I feel sad for them if so. Aholes can be found in all parties and it's reflected strongly on this forum.
