He has a proven track record.  Vivek is smart, successful and recognizes that government bureaucracy has been a noose around Americans neck for far too long.

What is the taxpayer’s money wasted on? Give us the top 10. Then tell us how they’ll figure it out and decide on what and where to cut. Then tell us when it’ll be implemented. For every action there will be a reaction.
