Never let the facts get in the way of a good fantasy. The House had an open ethics investigation. 

Those charges were dropped and his buddy is serving like 11 years I think.

The ethics report may or may not reveal anything significant. The word is that it would be bad for him which might have prompted this whole charade. Maybe not.

But if Gaetz resigned due to being selected as AG that looks much better for him than resigning because of the report that is about to come out.

The big question would be would trump do this as a favor to him? We know that Gaetz had asked for a pardon related to Jan 6 and trump didn't give him one. Or did trump get duped by Gaetz and name him without knowing what is going on with the ethics report.

Regardless of why...it's disturbing.

You know as well as all of us that Gaetz is not qualified to be AG. You know that there are other MAGAs that at least have the qualifications for such a position.

Some of the posters here are interesting, they dont post in any other forums and nothing about Pearl Jam, just in AMT and seems to be just to name call or antagonise others.  If they were trying to lead to a healthy debate or change peoples minds I'd get it, but its just to wind others up, like whats the point. Its exactly the sort of bots you see on social media that have no substance or add to a debate but these days people like to annoy others, probably due to frustrations in their own life. Odd behaviour.

Does not mean he is innocent. They were dropped because his buddy was a convict and the girls were deemed to have shaky credibility.

We all will love to hear his defense as he is confirmed!

In fairness, one can only rank the songs on No Code so many times.

Pearl Jam is my favorite band but I don't go to the Porch very often. It's basically here and then into the Porch/Live for tour info purposes.

I don’t see an issue with voicing displeasure with the majorities decision. At least the dems aren't going to burn down the capital and kill people like a bunch of animals. 

But we’ll see, you may be the ones planning another Jan 6 event when you realize your boy isn’t delivering lower prices and lower taxes like promised
