kamala was in the opening of SNL.

I dug the dudes Trump impression before he even got on SNL. But even with the makeup they cant make him connect as Trump for me. Like why do they keep him so pale and not even with a hint of Trumps orange?!
Probably because he needs to be in other sketches. I’m sure it’s a labor removing makeup that heavy and orange.

From reading last night it could be several factors, but really it’s women turning up because of Roe. Iowa has one of the more restrictive abortion policies in the country and 60% of Iowans are pro choice.

I also read an interesting take that inflation was less bad in the Midwest and economic factors aren’t weighing as heavily on the electorate in the MW.

I'm cautiously optimistic but also, i feel all the similar vibes that 2008 had going into election day. Even down to the amazing SNL bit the saturday before (in 08 it was the Palin going rouge bit ft. McCain, which more or less was a white flag)

We can only hope, but i think we all fear the whiplash of 2016 so there's no relief until the results are actually in. I think even Republicans will be less likely to back his voter fraud claims if he loses because they should all recognize he's toast at that point when it comes to being a future candidate and they'll have to move on.
    It's a hopeless situation...

I imagine the "we are just normal republicans, I never cared for Trump whatever your videos show" wave will came pretty soon after the election if Trump loses.

First it was allowing boys in girls rooms. Then it was litter boxes in elementary school bathrooms. Then it was feminine hygiene products in all restrooms, including boys/mens rooms and now it’s this. THE HORROR! It must STOP now!!!

it begins locally does it not? establish local candidates that then move to the next level, like county or state then you can get in to national politics as a representative. THEN consider the presidency.

point to enacted policy and show the results for that.

whats the legislative record for the green party here in the u.s. ? libertarian?

Listened to that Jubilee (like their logotype) thing with Pete at work.
He is very wellspoken. HE IS NO BERNIE. But wellspoken. Obviously had to dodge some questions.

I've had rabid GOP facebook friends post about the Libertarian party but it just doesn't seem to be very organized as far as platform and message. What platform they did seem to put together had odd things in it that even Gary Johnson probably balked at.

Right now a third party is just a buffer. The libertarians weaken the GOP candidate so money likely flows to keep their mouths shut.

Perfect example of Fake Harris. Such a weak response. Most common sense Americans don't vote for weak people like DEI Harris.

How about the male president simulating fellatio?  Is that the type of strength that you gravitate to?
