Had a really bad nightmare. I don't often dream about Pearl Jam. But last night I dreamt that they were announcing Tottenham Hotspur Stadium again for their next gig in London. And the entire upper tier didn't go on sale for the launch. I hope that's not a bad omen.
after barcelona night 2 i stopped giving 2 shits if its sold out or not.
What 2 shows in Barcelona, Even better the 2nd night

That had to be the smallest show they have played since 1992 that wasn't some special theater show.

I know we have some good rumours on next year, but nothing near as strong as those from Facemeltor last year and Dimitris in previous years. Just wondering if there will be no shows in 2025. Everyone seems to be positioning today’s show as the final show of the Dark Matter World tour…..

It's been a minute since South America got some love. I'd be sad if they didn't get a visit this time around, but it's been a long tour and they aren't as young as they used to be.

I think there are enough rumors for 2025 that at least something must be coming.

Is there anything remotely solid for Detroit? Or is that just assumption?

There was a date in Fall of 2020. The sound in the arena is great

There’s nothing solid for any location. All hopes at this point.
  • Was it in December or January when Facemelter posted on this years tour? I would imagine it will be a similar time if they can give up the hints for next year.

I LOVED this tour. Sure more songs would have been great. But my only real gripe was some of the predictability. But part of that is my own fault is for me going to 3 consecutive shows on 2 occasions this year. New cities deserve to hear the new songs.

I just did a quick search of this thread for "Florida" but did not find where there was any actual rumor of them coming hear next year.  Maybe I skimmed through too quickly?

I don’t think so.  The most I’ve seen is someone who appeared to know something calling for Atlanta and then other people deciding it must be a southeast tour including Florida based on that.

I tend to view the 2013 tour as sort of a U shape with maybe 2-3 exceptions like Pittsburgh and Buffalo.

Wasn't most of 2016 along the east coast except for Wrigley, Telluride and Pemberton? (It depends on your view of things for the Kentucky and Tennessee shows.)

    2023:
Aug 31 – St. Paul, MN – Xcel Energy Center
Sep 2 – St. Paul, MN – Xcel Energy Center
Sep 5 – Chicago, IL – United Center
Sep 7 – Chicago, IL — United Center
Sep 10 – Indianapolis, IN – Ruoff Music Center
Sep 13 – Fort Worth, TX – Dickies Arena
Sep 15 – Fort Worth, TX – Dickies Arena
Sep 18 – Austin, TX – Moody Center
Sep 19 – Austin, TX – Moody Center
(Texas might be an outlier here.)

SOOO...maybe, perhaps, an outlier isn't out of the question.

    Atlanta and Great Lakes?

I think we could see a parallel with Springsteen's Australia/NZ tours in 2013/14.

It was ten years since he'd last visited Australia (2003 Rising Tour) and whilst the performances were good in 2003, the reception was mixed, shows werent sellouts and another tour was considered somewhat of a risk. Bruce abandoned the Aussie market for a decade. When they announced the 2013 tour it was exciting but met with some trepidation.

In the end it was a massive box office success with great crowds, and they very quickly locked him in for another tour in 2014 and another run in 2017.

I don't think PJ will be back as early as 2025, but it won't be long. If the band are willing, there's no way promoters are turning it down. This tour was a box office and critical success. PJ has the current mix of a nostalgia act for people in a financially comfortable demographic, paired with pretty damn good new music. The perfect promoter's combo.

This is spot on and something I was talking to a mate about in Melbourne.

Pearl Jam’s last tour here (Australia) pretty much killed off the Big Day Out festival. They didn’t have the widespread commercial appeal. Just the die hards you could rely on.

Now. 60,000 over 2 nights in Melbourne alone. Planes full of fans flying over. Cities covered in people wearing their merch, having lined up for hours to spend hundreds for some hats and stuff.
