Loved both Fenway shows, MSG was fun, St. Paul was the perfect venue to travel to...but I still think Ottawa was my favorite post-2020 show.

    Play Canada!

I'll gladly take Charlotte!  Hopefully that means Atlanta and a few others in the southeast too.
Lines up with Jazz Fest as well. Short run, maximize earnings, minimize expenses, time on road etc. NOLA, Atlanta, Charlotte, maybe dip into Florida

Sonic Temple would probably eliminate Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati from contention, so I am hoping that one does not happen

Also have to think JazzFest and Rockville in Daytona Beach are in play if they're gonna do the Charlotte festival

Again my view is any Pearl Jam shows are good!….but I do hope it’s not a bunch of festivals.  A couple of them are okay, but hopefully not like 5 festivals and that’s it.

Seems like the lovin life fest has some momentum for early May, which lines up with Go Animals and others time line for the short run.  NOLA Jazz Fest also does but no real rumors.  Hopefully that would be it for festivals.  A few canada shows also seems like it has legs.

Again I’m not sure what a short run is per the source.  I honestly think they may think the typical tour leg is a short run.  Maybe a late April to Late May run including a mix of these cities:

Miami, Tampa, NOLA Jazz fest, Atlanta, Charlotte livin life, Pittsburgh, Cleveland or Columbus, Detroit, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal?

2 in Toronto, maybe 2 in Atlanta and/or Miami?  That is 12-14 shows which would actually be a long leg for current standards haha. Tampa and one or two of the rust belt shows may be a stretch, so if they are cut then maybe 10-12, seems attainable?

I got no sources myself just spitballing during my lunch.

Sorry for the radio silence, but was reaching out to a few peeps to see if they heard anything similar.

Spoke to someone at Ohana who works very closely with Ed, Jeff & Stone in particular:

DM has legs. CBS Sunday Morning drove up PJ site traffic & overall band interest. All the singles have gotten decent airplay, but there's a lot of buzz around WFS. If it does well, we might see more dates. BUT, in the mean time...

a short run in the first half of the year, and a equally short "stint in one place" later in the year.

He didn't confirm SA, but he DID confirm North America. He also didn't elaborate if the residence was Sphere, or Seattle. But he did say "just a handful".

Lastly, the band has an open invite to play Ohana again (every year), but it's up in the air. Everyone was very visibly having a great time (Dancing Stone!)

If not, it'll certainly be Ed (The Last Of Us S2 trailer w/Future Days also put band/Ed interest through the roof over the weekend🤘).

I hope there's more, but I trust at least this much from the source (because when I was walking away, I saw the name he was texting with on his phone. It said "Ed.")
I think the band should use Ohana as their sorta annual PJ20 type festival. Its the perfect festival location and weather, bring in another headliner for Saturday and PJ does Fri/Sun. Easy way to get guests on stage and they can keep whipping out rare tunes like they just did to make even the hardcore fans happy.

    interesting choice of towns
The Southeast and the Ohio/Michigan area are extremely due.  I’m not even being selfish with this post I live near Boston haha.  Anyways just having some fun.

They’ve hit Cali, Chicago, Philly, NYC a couple of times since 2022.  You can never rule them out, but I feel like they may give some other towns some love.

That's a great idea...and if the band doesn't want to do both nights, they can do Sunday with EV (Earthings?) on Friday.

Good to hear that it is likely they will do more dates in the US. Where and when is anybody's guess. I would also guess Pearl Jam management is likely having discussions with all major US rock festivals. I could see them doing a Charlotte festival and donating a portion of the proceeds to hurricane victims. ACL lines up with Ohana.

Shorter the leg, more festivals we’ll get. Economics of 2024-25. We’d all love a proper tour of the southeast, but if the choice is no shows or 5 festivals, sign me up for 2hr greatest hit renditions. If they comeback to Tx or the gulf coast, I’ll sign up to watch them sing commercial jingles

I am convinced that the major festivals try to get Pearl Jam every year. I have no facts to support that position, but I certainly would if I was in charge of booking talent. Many of the festivals restrict the band's ability to play other festivals and regular shows within a certain vicinity and time frame. I would not expect 5 festivals. One or two at most with other dates sprinkled in. The only question is where and when.

I don’t know the dates of the other festivals but I think the Jazz Fest dates and location does match up with the Lovin Life fest.  Also lines up with some other scattered shows in the south.  I agree with like two festivals and a handful of other shows.

ACL usually takes place over two weekends. It's uncommon for a headliner to do only one or the other, but highly doubt ACL would turn them down if that was a stipulation.

Funny as a local that they’re rumored every year for ACL and have only played it twice.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

Local also, is there legitimate ACL rumors?!
