Almost all of them dude. You scored Philly 1 day of on TM drop. I scored Philly 2 day of on TM drop. But msg dropped standards, the ballparks were dropping tickets, the west coast leg was a joke…I got my LV1 ticket 12 rows up from Mike the week before the show on a drop after refreshing for months.

I think you could have gotten tickets day of for literally every show last tour.  I was watching them all pretty closely (except for maybe MSG?).  I got GA for Indy hours before the show (Thanks @SHZA and @JE224127) could have gotten SEA2 as well if I would have been a little more hardcore about it.  Baltimore had pretty much any seat in the house as did Mizz and most west coast shows.

Vancouver night 2 they released about 1000 lower bowl tickets two weeks before the show. When again, both shows “sold out” on the first day, and i know lots of people who registered for the sale but didn’t receive the code to participate. Complete bullshit, what they do
Both of the shows ended up full, but what a move to pull. Bands should be pissed about this…..

Why would the band be pissed?  They want to sell the Premium tickets for as much as they can.  When they aren't selling, then the prices eventually drop. The band is a business and wants to make the most money per show that they can.  Look at the Europe shows - they had poor planning and charged too much for the market which led to lower sales. They seem to have a better idea of the demand and what to charge in the US.  Sacrifice a few empty seats in the end to sell others at over inflated prices. It is what it is and appears to be the model for most bands.

Thousands of tickets is definitely an exaggeration…. I’d be surprised if it was more than a few hundred

Would a lot of you be happier if they released an album, played 100-125 shows, then went away for 4 years? Certainly some of their touring decisions in the last 20 years have been head scratchers, but i like that they are at least playing some shows pretty much every year. Its tough, touring would suck, especially when you’re 50 plus, and you cant blame them for not wanting to do it the “normal” way.

You sort of read my mind.  I was going to come back in here and post credit, where credit is due, since it seems they've been picking up the pace with touring.  Who knows if that will last?  Sometimes, it's just a little, only a little, bothersome that the onus and financial investment is on us to have to travel and see them when they have the infrastructure to do it.
If one isn't traveling and they don't play your city, then ostensibly they have gone away for four years.  Unfortunately, that's most cities and markets.  Like you said, it's a head scratcher.  We have sort of been forced into a travel or no dice situation.  Like I had said before, and no doubt you already knew this, they hadn't played Philly in 8 years with Camden for one night being the exception.  If someone is attempting to travel getting shut out of multiple tours (me) because demand is high due to there aren't enough shows around the country, then that also hurts our rabid fanbase.  Like an idiot, I paid for premium tickets on Philly day of sale, which I will never do again because now we can all see what Ticketmaster is doing.
Double edit:  When two premium tickets to two shows eat up what would have been the cost of 5 shows through the 10C.  Sure, my fault.  But, the rabidness.  Booo Ticketmaster.  Booo me too.  And boo hoo cry me a river.  I'll see myself out.
Are you seriously trying to sell Philly as a city that isn’t getting enough shows? Sure it’d be nice to get them everywhere every year but 5 shows in 8 years (4.5 by your math) is pretty damn good when a double digit number of cities have gone a double digit number of years without shows.

Somehow, the new amphitheater in Richmond, VA pulled DMB and there’s rumors of Phish as well

i believe it only seats 7500-8000

Can I someday hope that Pearl Jam plays Richmond for the first time ever?

The two week Canada-Europe-Canada run was pretty wild in 2009.

Sorry… I wasn’t throwing stones at your post.  Just a joke about how much more flexible DMB is tour wise these days.  I would faint if PJ had a tour anywhere close to that DMB schedule.

If Pearl Jam did this id have to take a sabbatical. I'm in IT so I don think that would work.
