I was telling them about all the tickets on the secondary market and the suspicion of bots. I brought up the info we were given when the lottery started that any tickets above face value on the secondary market were subject to cancellation. She kept saying they were allowed to be on the secondary market. I kept quoting her that message on their website that said they weren’t. She kept sidestepping me. I told her that GAs were only sold to 10C members and there was a strict policy against those being sold on the secondary market. She said GA tickets are different from face value tickets and could be sold anywhere. She was clueless. She kept repeating the same incorrect information over and over. She even suggested that the tickets on the secondary market were not from TM because the venues can sell through different places. It was absolutely infuriating. But I think we should be like the Swifties and bombard them with complaints.
You were wasting your time quoting policy to a poor customer service agent who isn't really up on what each band allows and doesn't...consider using twitter messaging.,,I get thorugh and better results that way. It is 10c who is responsible for the policy and its enforcement. Some person who probably takes hundreds of calls and emails isnlt the one to complain to.

Finally. FWIW I was on an ethernet connected desktop using Firefox browser. Zoomed out so I could see all of the required checkout fields without scrolling. As we know, randomly checking throughout the day will not likely land you tickets. Continuously checking for a period of time will eventually yield results.

I have pairs for LV 1 & 2. Sec 17 & 16 middle rows respectively. I may not end up going and trying my luck for Philly shows. Things changed in my personal life, I even have my flight from CO but I am now on the east coast for work through May and the flights to LV are not cheap right now from NYC.
If anyone wants to be in line for when I potentially drop them, let me know. I think I would be looking for Philly 1 & 2 (join the club I know) but just putting it out there.

Drop them now. Will be far easier to upgrade closer for cost than it will be to unload subpar tickets at cost when premiums will be sold for same.

when I look at LA, I see less demand then in 2022 based on the number of uppers that are un sold, once everything drops, lowers and decent seats will be available. what section? I saw 136 r 10 sell this AM, it was up for a bit, the other factor is 200s even row 1 are sitting for a long time. That is not a good sign for the real demand. The BOTS were only buying 100s, floor and GA. That doesn't represent real buyers and I would guess a lot that inventory will come back available. Many people who had tickets in 106-131 ended up eating their spares in 2022.

Last time around I woulda said unload them cause securing f2f was a bit easier, this time anything good is going so fast it's a little bit of a gamble id say. How subpar are they?
