So is it best to stay in Indy?
i would go with closest available with a decent rate
Got ya.  I think my plan, if I get tickets, is to fly in Sunday and leave Tuesday.  Are there things to do in Nobesville?
oh yeah...downtown Noblesville has bars/restaurants/shops, etc.

If you play guitar there is a cool place called Center Stage Vintage Guitars that you might find something at. The guy that owns it is a luthier and it wouldn't surprise me if some PJ people stop by there. He's pretty well known.

Primeval Brewing is downtown Noblesville...Bier Brewery has a great spot south of downtown.

They have a pretty large uber pickup area near the Boden Road entrance to the venue so no problem there. No mass transit unfortunately.

It might be a case where you walk from the venue to the nearby mall and try to snag an uber there when the concert is over...that might get you out of there quicker. The Raisin Cain's is open until midnight so that might be the spot.

I'll be down again with another bottle of Pearl Jam wine to share. A collection of us popped a bottle last year around the fire pit at the Embassy Suites. I'm at the Holiday Inn this time around but still have a sealed bottle or two down in the basement.

If you're staying in Indianapolis, it's at least 30 mins to Noblesville. They were doing construction on the highway when we went in '22, and it took over an hour to get to our hotel (Embassy Suites) from the airport

If you're at the ES, Wyndham or Holiday Inn, it's an easy 15 minute walk

Unfortunately I was unable to join you last year, but would love to partake in a glass this time around! I'll be at the ES again. I assume it will be a "post show" wine uncorking?

That would be fantastic! I'll be down on Sunday afternoon so if others are down on Sunday we could even do a Sunday evening uncorking AND a post show uncorking.

    There's currently 4 uppers together in Sec E for $4000. ;)
They've been up quite awhile, and I've been thinking the whole time that there's no way this poor sap is ever gonna be able to resell them. But given how the number of premium and f2f premium have been dwindling, they actually might.

Insanity. How sad either way - that someone decided to spend that money in the first place, and that they might never get it back on resale.

I do expect there will be a lot more resales available closer to day of show. I'd love to be closer than we are, but we are in the building and we checked out the seats when we were there for Interpol / Pumpkins last year and they're fine -- about 7 rows back in sec H I believe.

I’ve heard that eventually as shows get closer, they do allow the resale prices to drop some. That’s how Neil Young’s tour was-which has the same no-transfer and only resale on TM for purchased price limitations. But from what i heard at some shows if there were still resale tickets listed 24 hours before the shows, TM would drop the price. I feel like it wasn’t a whole lot, but it made it a little more possible to get the high priced tickets resold.
