  • Just wanted to say I’m glad this thread exists.  Outside of someone like Taylor Swift tickets to all shows are easy in the days leading up and generally some of the best seats in tue house become available. And if you can really sweat it out for PJ you’ll get in day of for <$100 if you don’t care where you sit (outside of Florida obvs).

I bought four premium Florida seats together for night 2.  All four us were fine with it.  It also guaranteed all four of us could sit together.

Now, any other city I wouldn’t have paid premium prices, but in my mind if PJ priced its tickets like other acts, they should have listed them for $400-$500. They were kind and left money on the table to sell at $200.

Paying a $500 perceived and 800 actual premium in 2024 dollars isnt something I will lose sleep over.

Also have tickets for all ten show, so paying premium for one show will be amortized over all ten in the grand scheme of the trip.  Again, not losing sleep.
And that's fine. I'm not preaching to you. You've got the means, and were admittedly quite lucky with the lottery.
But there are a lot of people on here who feel like it's their ONLY option to get into Hard Rock. I'm here to remind them that's it's not.
If we choose not to buy Hollywood at it's current price on TM, they WILL fall to Standard by day of show. But I'm only on the Board here.
We have fans discussing the same thing on social media, Reddit, and abroad who see the layout as it is currently & feel as if they better get in on it now. I wish they wouldn't cave, but alas...
FOMO is strong but the tickets have no utility in one’s wallet or Ticketmaster account until day of show. There’s no reason to panic by paying premium prices at this point thinking tickets won’t be available closer to show. No one is suggesting waiting until day of show although the option is viable. You can expect cheaper prices starting the week prior. You can be confident securing airfare and hotel reservations that are refundable if life has other plans. If you’d like to be in the venue for the show odds are in your favour.

Anyone who pays for premium seats is out of their fucking mind.

    Carry on
Yup.  I still like the shows but this is Pearl Jam playing 23-25 songs.  Anyone paying $1000/show is nuts.

We’ve seen the playbook - when fan to fan opens, people that bought $800+ seats will try to sell, and TM will release slightly better seats at a lower price.
Today is likely the peak of prices and they will get less expensive.

Were there any FL tickets today at $195 or whatever face value is?
    Not that I'm aware of
Someone on FB carted $185 seats at hard rock toward the last rows and was like WTF! Lol. Passed I guess but good luck
  • We ended up with nice front view lower bowl in PIT2.  Had 10c tix for both Wrigley shows this past summer and watched stubhub and F2F in detail every day multiple times per day.

I’m confident we’ll get floors or something solid for PIT1 on show day, and will wait until close to show time need be.

this anticipation of the unknown is exciting.
