20 plus year 10c member. There have been shit show ticket lotteries before. But the lack of transparency and confusion and communication this time is fucking alarming.
    Alarming or consistent?

Sorry.............should have said alarming and consistent.

And they did. They sent out an email saying the seat assignments were fucked up and they are going to fix them.

Will they fix them? Who the fuck knows.

Anyone get this email from ticketmaster?
Unfortunately incorrect seat assignments were issued to Ten Club members for shows in St. Paul, Chicago and Indianapolis. We confirm you have reserved tickets to this show but to ensure all Ten Club members get the proper reserved seat location based on their seniority, seats are being reissued.

You will receive a new confirmation tomorrow, Wednesday, April 26th with your accurate seat location.

Tonight, your credit card will be refunded in the amount of the first transaction and a new charge will appear on your card when the correct seats are assigned tomorrow.

We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused.
Yep I got that email at midnight last night.
Hopefully it's a good thing, and GA seats are honored...instead of getting a worse seat location.

TC, screwing fans every step of the way
Really? They identified a problem and have asked for a fix. This is a TM issue...you can blame TC for using TM but what choice do they have?
    Seat geek.

Metallica made the switch. I had zero issues with their fanclub presale.

I thinks it’s all going to be made right today. Even if it means giving away more 10c tickets than they wanted. They have some serious damage control to do here

Call me dramatic, but if I don’t get any shows while others got 4+. I’m done with 10c and will do F2F from here on I hope I’m not alone

I don't think there will be damage control............what's the worst that happens to them.......a group of people don't renew their membership?

  • I'm happy for those that got seats, I've been lucky enough to see PJ more than enough times, having said that, this was a shit show. No lawn seats still? Happy for those that have the pass, but honestly it's a joke that even applies to PJ show.

As for damage control, good luck, they're not gonna magically add shows and take away from the premium allotment.

    It’s not about adding shows.
You must’ve missed what happened last night.
You guys they did not give away 17k seats for each show yesterday. There’s still plenty of seats out there.

Explaining to do?  Will never happen.  Enjoy the silence because that is all we will get.

And for the record, OP, you and I are on the same page.
Or if they issue an apology, it will be the most hollow apology imaginable.

Hope you're right! You would think there would be some kind of communication by now seeing as this was supposed to be done yesterday. Fingers crossed for all.
