so you are saying ten club has no control what so ever on their ticket distribution? ridiculous
I'm saying that they have to use a platform like TM. They told TM the parameters and TM fucked it up. That's obvious.

And they used to run it themselves? So what. That was over 25 years ago I bet.

TC, screwing fans every step of the way
Really? They identified a problem and have asked for a fix. This is a TM issue...you can blame TC for using TM but what choice do they have?
They use to run the lottery themselves

Happened to both my wife and I with Chicago. I had Chicago N1 as my 1st priority (selected all options- GA/Reserved, Reserved, and Side/Rear) and have heard nothing. My wife had Chicago N2 as her 1st priority (same options selected) and also has heard nothing. It sounds like this unfortunately happened to a lot of people in this lottery.
The wife and I did the same thing, except we picked reserved seating only and we got nothing
Yep same thing with my wife.  Chicago N1 first priority, Chicago N2 second, Indy third priority. All options selected.  Got nothing.  When compared to others who got multiple shows we have absolutely every reason to be a little upset, disappointed, and annoyed.

I'm not a fan of Ticketmaster at all, but it's not obvious at all that it was Ticketmaster's issue.

other bands pull off ticket lotteries very easily. PJ doesn't give AF

why do these things always become such a shit show? Come tour time we can always pretty much guarantee some drama.....but then when you have to work with ticketmaster all bets are off. Strikes me however that despite how unpopular it might be, that given the complexity with the ticket markets these days that seniority in the fanclub might be best done away with. Seniority isnt a concern of mine and never has been being in Europe and I imagine those with low numbers are very attached to it for obvious reasons but I guess times change.

Although i do imagine also a ton of annual membership fees are inextricably linked to that seniority

How's that? The platform is TM. The procedure was TC. TM fucked up the procedure provided to them to assign tickets.  Clearly.

Unfortunately incorrect seat assignments were issued to Ten Club members for shows in St. Paul, Chicago and Indianapolis. We confirm you have reserved tickets to this show but to ensure all Ten Club members get the proper reserved seat location based on their seniority, seats are being reissued.

You will receive a new confirmation tomorrow, Wednesday, April 26th with your accurate seat location.

Tonight, your credit card will be refunded in the amount of the first transaction and a new charge will appear on your card when the correct seats are assigned tomorrow.

We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused.

And they did. They sent out an email saying the seat assignments were fucked up and they are going to fix them.

Will they fix them? Who the fuck knows.

I thinks it’s all going to be made right today. Even if it means giving away more 10c tickets than they wanted. They have some serious damage control to do here

  • I'm happy for those that got seats, I've been lucky enough to see PJ more than enough times, having said that, this was a shit show. No lawn seats still? Happy for those that have the pass, but honestly it's a joke that even applies to PJ show.

As for damage control, good luck, they're not gonna magically add shows and take away from the premium allotment.

You must’ve missed what happened last night.
You guys they did not give away 17k seats for each show yesterday. There’s still plenty of seats out there.
