I realize it’s a different set of expectations, but after the DMB Warehouse debacle at the beginning of the year I’m still amazed by the fact that we are in a position to get confirmations two days after the request period closes.
    What happened with DMB?

My temp charge is gone with nothing else. Weird since I have a pretty low 10c number.
No charge here either, weird because I drive  a yellow jeep.

First year ever that I didn't put in any requests, but DMB was also using a "new" system, I assume the same TM/TicketsToday system without the TM user interface PJ just used.  Tons of people were hard-charged, not just temp charged, and then didn't get the tickets they were confirmed for, or didn't get tickets at all, and had to be credited back.  There was a delay.

Well with the Warehouse it always takes them at least two weeks for confirmations for summer tours. I’m numb to that at this point. People had issues with their priority selections not holding; I personally had issues with the WH not saving my preferences for a show and I ended up with tickets I never would’ve requested on purpose.  They moved to a new ticketing system this year, and the payment processor glitched on one series of shows, which they had to reprocess. When confirmations were finally posted, incorrect ticket selections were posted. For example, I got confirmed initially for pit tickets on my ticket page, but then 15 minutes later they shut down the site because of a glitch and when it came back I had been declined for one show and got uppers for another that previously showed pit.

DMB management is a dumpster fire as it is, but after requesting tickets from the WH since 2007 with zero issue, this was a new level lol.

At least I don't need my mom to drive me to a currency exchange so I can make out a cashier's check for the exact amount of 2 tickets only to mail it off with nothing more than a self-addressed stamped envelope and a prayer.

A little bit, Firehouse are mostly served hot, I think? Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite franchise sub spots. They slice the meat there as you order.

Club Sub or original Italian, Mike’s Way of course!

Firehouse is a glorified Quiznos.  Way overpriced.
